well as it turns out this is becoming quite the unexpected hellacious experince.i have to walk to the library to use the fax machine which insisteded their machine recieved it,then i sent an email to support saying i had done so,then for 2 days i have been asking if they have recieved my faxed documents to which their response had been about 10 form letter replys giving me instructions to fax my documents and no answer as to whether they recieved them botched or at all until today when i recieved an email from a person saying they are having problems recieving fax transmissions and i should try to scan it instead,this after all these letters explaining my disability in walking long distances (3 herniated disks in an accident 12 years ago)and my need to pay $6.50 at the library to fax them which i think shows obviously i own no scanner. aagh frustration sets in  :-\  i told them i will wait until tommorow and fax them to a different number they have provided me(being the grandprivie group fax #) will keep you guys informed as things proggress,thanks guys for letting me vent a bit,yoba

now i have recieved an email the day after the last saying everything is in order to refax my credit cards as of they are not clear enough,i am not depositing here until i find out if they are playing games with me,they know i am disabled and they are probably counting on me giving up,i wont and will let everyone know if they will pay,i realy dont understand this,treasuremile had me payed a few days after i won, big dollar sends email after email form letters telling me to refax.it is upsetting but renews my determination everytime they do it.

well apologys are due where they are due,they sent me back a copy double time to my email  of what they recieved,somehow the fax machine let out a blotch of ink on their copy of course my copy wouldent show that,sorry big dollar  refaxing 

refaxed my credit cards 3x from 2 different places yesterday and still no word as to whether they had recieved them,this is the kind of service that puts me off on depositing with casinos,if i can fax over and over and they keep putting me off whats to keep them from not paying big wins on cash deposits? just something i as a consumer think about.

lol,yeah,8 complete days since cashout and still it sits "PENDING" 

ill remember this experince for the rest of my life,treasure mile cashed me out in less than 48 hours and i started depositing there the minute after i was able to track a check,here its been 9 days and they still have it so i cannot deposit,9 days and all it does is ask me if i want to reverse,why would i do that? i cant win anymore than $250 and im at max,you would think they would want to get a shot at their money back,treasuremile and mandaran are not grand privie group yet all betonsoft casinos share the proggressive so they should be able to share customer info so you would think they could check me out with them to see im a steady depositor and credible,9 days after they hurried me to send my papers and they still sit on my cashout

it took 9 days but i recieved $220 by fedex yesterday and since ive deposited $40 got a match bonus and turned that into $250,but in trying to make the $1600 playthrough im down to $100 with $500 play to go,and realize min, cashout is $100 with betonsoft casinos.tricky but can be done,yobaboy

everytime the slots take your cash down to a smaller level make your move back to video poker and make sure its jacks or better-99.8% till your money is regained ,service reps have told me double double payout is 68%-then go back to the slot machine till you hit the big feature,thats where the money is,works for me a lot,good luck-p.s. bet you thought i had no real answer for that!
