        Has anyone else received an e-mail saying they have $10 in their account only to arrive and find it not there?  When I contacted support I was just told they were not giving free chips at this time and that I should reply to the e-mail.  Received an e-mail from Thebes yesterday with the same thing and support told me I had already claimed the bonus on the 23rd.  When I questioned why they sent me an e-mail about a bonus 4 days after the fact ,he cut off my chat.  I also e-mailed support with no response.  I really like the Top Game casinos so far and I'm bummed that this is going on.  Does anyone know what the deal is?

        I think those emails just came to every1 a week late....cuz I got emails from rich, thebes & casinomoons 2day, but also no $10 in any of my accounts. However last week, I did get $10 in each of those accounts. So i'm guessing their notification was just late.

        I recieved an e mail.  No bonus was there as promised.  I contacted support who said I wasn't eligible and was rude.

        I hope some of you find surprises with this casino today. 
        For me, I have uninstalled them.

        OMG slow paying and rude live chat I know that all to well....  it took 40 days for me to finally get my money and that was 30 days after it had been approved for the withdrawal.....the live chat (ALEX) wouldn't even talk to me about my acct, he would tell me he couldn't ck to c what was happening he didn't know.  He would tell me to contact the finance dept.  but they never returned my emails..... go figure  I will never again deal with AZTECASINO warned they are very slowwwwww
