  • Claimed the 20 free spins yesterday, played them through and withdrew 300 € in the evening.

    Now I am curious wether they will pay. In the days before the police raid you always got a fast confirmation by mail about your withdrawal. So far - about 24 hours now -  no mail.

    Of course I contacted live support and the withdrawal is ok. When I asked about the raid and wether they are back for good now, I only received a prerphased statement that everything is alright for players etc.

    This is not necessarily a bad sign. On topics like this all statements are given by the management and are only reproduced by the service people. This is usual corporate practice.

    On the other hand I am still waiting for the email confirmation...

    So: Cross your fingers for me, please!

    What did they do to you?! 2 months ago I would have told anyone to deposit there. In my experience they have been a benchmark regarding to customer service and fast withdrawals.

  • I've had 3-4 withdraws from go wild none waiting paid out in max 48hours everytime great support, just hope its gonna be back to normal soon, dont know any MG casino thats giving out so many freebies.

    I used to deposit quite a bit and received a number of little bonuses. Then the quality of service & number of promos continue to get worse. If I want to be treated like a dog, I would get a girlfriend.

    Just received the Neteller confirmation. So they are back in their under 48 hours style.

    Only "glitch" is, I did get only 100 instead of 300, but 100 is the max. withdrawal from no deposit / free spin promotions.

    IMO, this is still very generous compared to other nd-bonuses and on top of that paid out under 48 hours on the weekend.

    To all of us who like them this is some good news, I believe.

    Before you deposit go to live chat and ask them what bonus they can offer you as they will usually give you something no matter how small, it has always worked for me and i have had a few cashouts

    Learned it the hard way not to trust support, seems like over there they are much more eager to get you to deposit more, maybe they get a share. The free spins they offer with a deposit are worth 1% or less of the deposit.

    on topic: The slot tourneys over there are pretty good, if you have some cash in your balance, when you end high on the free turn you can easily make some money out of it by investing a little.

    There was confusion over these spins that were promised with the deposit. Speaking with three different agents, it was clear that there was serious mis-communication between the main support and the promotions dept.
    A frank but friendly note sent cc'd to the Support desk and Accounts Mgr resulted in a clear answer as well as the bonus spins in question.

    Word to the wise, be direct and friendly in any correspondence.  Becoming emotional or irrational will never serve your best interests.

    Im being honest about my experiences with this casino. Sometimes they give a little, but just as often support treats my like dirt.
    Their deposit bonusses are terrible, among the worst around, their free tourneys are most of the times the same game, tomb raider.
    I get errors lots of times and only way to fix it is to reinstall. Support is offline a lot. My emails don't get an answer. Or they reply just to sell you another crappy bonus while the next day you can get a better one. I had to ask support why I didnt get invites to the tourneys anymore, and she had to fix it.
    And can't remember when I saw gowild being named in the winner screenshot topic.
    So I don't understand at all why they are in the top 10 now. Makes me wonder if this site is as good as I thought it was, or if they put the casino's in the top 10 from which they get the highest affiliate share frown

  • My exeperiences with GoWild have not been dissimilar.  There have been a number of situations with the "No Deposit" bonuses; which ultimately were resolved.
    Not that I'm defending GoWild, but consistent communication with the Accounts and Customer Services mgrs have proven to be fruitful.
    It is an effort, but with patience and persistance, I am turning the experience around to my benefit.
    I look forward to the next "no deposit" bonus.
