        This group is actually the best group around, I have never had a bad experience with them, I have spoken to several reliable sources from the casino that say promotions team is not finished sending out their bonus:)  If any new/existing players to the Genyses Group (Grand Eagle, Wiz Bet, Lucky Creek, Mandarin Palace, Treasure Mile) have any questions, or concerns contact their GREAT customer service, and if at anytime support does not treat you kindly, or will not help you, PLEASE ASK TO SPEAK WITH JAMES MATTHEWS, AND TELL HIM I SENT YOU!!! And I can promise he will make it right!!!!

        the bet on soft casinos are all crooked,i used the deposit codes they were sending me daily and was a member of all of them and a depositor at all of them-well,my reward was being told i was a bonus abuser for using the deposit codes they sent me and told me i could deposit but never recieve a bonus or a free chip ever again,i wrote to one casino the hell with you then! and for those of you that think treasure mile and company and grand bay and company are seperate-they are liars-because i found everyone of my accounts closed minutes after sending the letter to one casino,they actualy did me a favor because now i mostly go with winaday and slotland and never have a hassle even when asking for a better bonus or a chip-imagine that with grand prive or the gennesy group-ha! if i would have hit the big one they would never had paid me so they did me a BIG favor!

        never forget what they did to their hard working affiliates! those people are still hurting! i cant believe how i was taken in at first by their big deposit bonuses and reg. freebies-now look at them,they hurt their, own loyal depositors reguarly as long as they still can sucker enough people in to keep them going,personaly i think its enough-but thats only my opinion-good luck to those who still deposit and think they will ever return to their previous agenda of free chips and big bonuses.
