        I used the LCB exclusive chip before and never had an issue.  Just had to make a $21 deposit with my QT account and then approved my withdrawal within hours.  For the chip you used did you make a deposit yet to your account?

        I am just curious, but what was the MAX cash out with the chip?

        Because it probably would be worth it for them just to pay you especially since you deposit with them!

        nah, im not shy..it's just a lousy hundred bucks..and I even emailed the rep saying, hey, im happy to turn right back around and put some of it back into lucky red and even alladin's if ya wanted and that they could hold me to it

        Have you tried e-mailing support@clubworldcasinos.com and asking it to be escalated to the casino manager or security?  I know it says Club World in the e-mail address but when I had some account issues a while back with Aladdins.  I just e-mailed them and they took care of me within 24 hours.  Even security called with a personal apology for the cashiers incompetence.

        hmm, there' an idea...I have talked to the rep here and the reps online and by phone and the cashier. Though the cashier tells me security closed it because of  fraudulence..pfft, I'm me, and they're welcome to phone me...Lord knows they've enough ID to verify me, lol

        Well after using 6 different cards in a certain period of time I had my credit card option blocked.  I called in the support person told me to shoot them an e-mail.  The next afternoon around 2ish, I got a call from some foreign number.  Answered it and it was security calling to ask me a few quesitons.  After I had a friendly chat with them, I kid you not within 10 minutes they had everything fixed in the cashier.  That'll teach me for buying multiple $50 gift cards. LMAO

        So 13 - let me get this straight in my head.

        You moved and you notified them of your change of address.  Do they have a copy of your email notifying them of your change of address?  Did they respond to that and if so, do they have a copy of that too?

        You used disposable deposit cards and threw them away and they want these.  So there is no chance of that.

        What else do they require from you?

        1. proof of old address...and i wish i could but i couch surfed for two months, so no mail or ID there, but loads for my residence now
        2.ya, i save them now, but didnt keep the one i depped on, cuz i didnt make playthru and wasnt withdrawing on it..this is a free chip (and yes, i doubly made sure I qualified for it..thats not the prob..they want the card
        3. yup..got the email from the casino saying they forwarded my change of address..i keep ALL my emails
