        my account promotion is all gone so i was ask livesupport they said i have multiple account on base rival casino account. I don't get it. I have few different rival casino account but they are all different casino. anybody explain to me please

        WOW, these guys are sick So now they are Vegas Days, Cocoa Casino, RockBet, Vegas Sky and This is Vegas It is not illegal to have different accounts at seperate RIVALS, RTGs... This is getting ridiculous, and scandalous!!! I am so afraid to make anymore deposits at RIVALS and for that matter almost anywhere now. Maybe I'll just be a whore (chip whore, that is)

        I went to Vegas Days terms and conditions page to see what i could dig up there before going to Live support to see if i could get clarification on this.

        Just so folks can see things in context their Terms and conditions are Here.

        I found a few things that are disturbing and will paste them here for folks to decide for themselves.

        4. Only one first deposit promotion may be active across all Bonne Chance NV casino properties. A player is welcome to open one account at each, but will only be able to claim and receive one first deposit bonus at a time. Once the promotion is completed, the player may then claim a first deposit bonus at any subsequent property if they continue to be eligible.

        This was the first thing I found, but on scrolling down further on the page i found this shocker.

        "Once a player has signed up, deposited, and claimed a promotion at one of our casino properties they will not be permitted to claim a promotion at any of our other properties. As stated above, this will result in all winnings becoming null and void."

        As we have already connected this casino to Vegas Days, Cocoa Casino, RockBet, Vegas Sky and This is Vegas The above statement raise some serious concerns as it seems to imply that if you have ever claimed a promotion at any of these casinos... all potential future winnings are instantly voided. Let me further state that nowhere on there website do they give a list of what other casino properties they include in this.

        And finally, this little Gem:

        "The Casino reserves the right to annul privileges to promotions and/or in rare cases suspend a player's account and refund any deposits if upon review of transaction records it is concluded that the player is applying strategies considered to be abusive in nature. This includes playing excluded or banned games before wagering out almost exactly the minimum required on allowed games."


        So you spend hours working through the playthrough requirement, finally make it and have money left to cash out... but in doing so... you will Void all the winnings... because you made the playthrough??????

        All the above are direct quotations from the Vegas Days casino's Terms and conditions page as displayed on this date.

        Same thing here. More than one account across sites owned by Silverstone overseas ltd, which is owned by Bonne chance nv, and all of my accounts got locked for the same reason. I was then "blackmailed", if you can call it so, by their promotions department to either make a deposit within next 24 hours on one account of my choice which will be unlocked for 24 hours, not more, and they will reconsider their decision to lock my accounts. Yeah, right, they are the only casino provider and I have no choice, lol.

        Those T&C quotes are really something, something bad. They own even more sites, almost all of the rival based casinos are theirs, as far as I know only site on Rival not owned by them is Slot`o`cash.

        While we are on similar topic, avoid all Casino Rewards casino as well, you can play and maybe cashout, never happened there. They see taking a first deposit bonus as bonus abuse and until one has made deposits in amount which they think is sufficient, they don`t give ratio or something like that, one cannot claim loyalty points at all, claiming loyalty points has 40x playthrough so its not like they are giving cash. Also they see use of autoplay option as not allowed when playing with bonus money.

        Once again, read all terms people before rather than later.

        So the gist is yes they are all affiliated, And yes, you can mess up all accounts from one by not reading the T&C's but no, claiming a bonus at one does not disqualify you at another... as long as you do not have two active at one time.

        I still feel the wording in their terms and conditions could be better, and perhaps on review the casino group will make some changes.

        Two active what? Accounts or bonuses?  If you sign up, then  isn't the account "Active"? or is it having an account, claiming a bonus and then going to another and then claiming another bonus?

        Two active bonuses going at two different, related casinos with this group, at the same time.

        There is no problem with having an account with each... no problem with accepting and using a bonus at each... just be sure that you do not have two active at once.

        With the freebies, you actually have to wait an hour before you can claim another freebie at another casino, and it wont let you claim one while another is active...

        I am unsure if the same holds true for a deposit bonus, but from what I am reading in the terms and conditions, as well as some of the complaints from players being told of the "multiple account" thing, i am making the assumption that this may have been the cause of some of it.

        We'll I have never had two bonuses active at a time anywhere and never had multiple accounts at any casino, but yet and still VEGAS DAYS (and whatever other split casino personality they feel like being) chose to ban me from promotions And per "RAY" if one bans you or locks you out they all will, WRONG, all the other promotions are still in my promotions box to claim!!!!!!  They are just a bunch of DONKEYS!!!!!!! I will stick with SLOT o CASH, they have given me the best bonuses and freebies anyway!!!!
