You all may want to know I just had a conversation with Shaun.  I am a regular depositor and have not qualified for most of their offers.

I was told.... those are offered to players who let their account lapse for 21 days so according to him, you get better treatment if you hold off depositing.

Their website advertises if you make a deposit, you get free spins for 52 weeks.  Make sure to read the fine print, if something appears to be to good to be true, it is.  To quailfy, you have to deposit a minimum of $100/week.

well some casinos use their "hidden / confusing" T&C for their bonus to cheat players...be sure to read it carefully...
sometimes after we have won or something, they will say...please read the T&C for the bonus...sometimes the T&C is just toooooooooooooo long to read...but you have to if u dont want to regret later

In the Original Email it says 3 Match offers and free spins for 52 weeks, if you dont get em thats grounds for a chargeback, not receiving merchandise or the product as advertised thats one of the advantages of credit cards

I will agree with TKB on the fact that the e-mails are a bit deceiving.  No where in the e-mail does it disclose in order to receive the spin after the first 3 deposits.  You have to make continual deposits in order to continue getting the free spins.  Until you read the T&C's of the casino.  Then you'll find out that you need to make a $100 worth of deposits each week to qualify.  So I still wouldn't advise making a charge back because there just plain messy.  It looks bad on your part, and gets you bad from at least that casino.  If not more than that one particular casino.
On the other hand though, after I haven't made a deposit in over 3 weeks.  Magically I can redeem PRLFREE10-15-20-30 without any issues.  Before it was just the PRLFREE10, so maybe there is some truth to the longer you go without depositing.  The better the come back offers will be?

I had a long chat with 'Leonie' in Customer Service to see if I could get their answer on what makes a player eligible for what bonuses- because when prlfree10 came out- i claimed it like 20 times a day for 2 days straight!! I usually always qualify for the 20 free weekly spins (PRFS20) that becomes available each Tuesday- but recently PRLFREE10 doesn't work for me at all, i'm not eligible- but PRLFREE20 works every week, but only once... and the PRLFREE15/30 I am not eligible for either. Leonie said no ONE PLAYER can redeem more than one of those codes because the system wouldn't allow it- But I know that's not true and many of you are able to redeem them all. anyway- I was basically told the PRFS codes for free spins do require a 100 deposit the week prior and the PRL codes are all given out by the Promo department and she doesn't know what makes a player eligible.
Not a great answer but I didn't feel like she was giving me the run around or brush off like most CS agents at these casinos do.
I deposit quite a bit there and if players are getting codes I am not eligible for- that's messed up. Maybe I will wait 21 days and see how my bonus eligibility changes. IF any of you do that- post the results and I'll do the same!

casinos that give so many bonuses are indeed suspicious...as we can see so far, many RTG casinos offer crazy no deposit offer like 50 / 100 free and they are casinos to be avoided on LCB forum..

The reason I charged back and won was A. Bet big dollar and I had an issue with each other.  They kept calling me a lier, and I found the email they SENT me proving I was write, I wrote it on their facebook page it got deleted, and I got blocked, I had an old fb account I never used and posted the convo again, 2 hours later I get an email saying I cant play on their Network (and they Blacklisted me on most of betonsoft like Genesys and even Lotus Asia ) but they will refund all my money, I did get most of it back, then I was playing Platinum reels mainly because they accept Mastercard, the first rep I talked to told me I get free spins for a year after I use the first 3 match bonuses, I got em the 1st week and had deposited 300$, 10 spins at a 25 line game 1cent a line, then the next week I deposited 25, and when I didn't get the spins I asked the support rep and he said I have to playthrough 100$ a week, the next week I deposited 50 and 25 and easily played through 100$ and didn't get it, so I asked why then the rep said you need to deposit 100$ a week.  The final straw was I asked if I can have a week of self exclusion, (I was having a bad week), and the support said It will be excluded and you contact us when u want it back up.  A week. week and a half later I try to go and get my account set back up and they say its blocked for 6 months!  So there where many lies, I charged back all the money I deposited except the first 3 which I did get a match and free spins on, the rest I got returned to me.  A week later is when all these free spin codes starting popping up.... I don't know if they saw how ez it was to get your money back, for a multitude of reasons, but all you need is the 1st email saying free spins for a year.  So they didn't provide the product to me, and by excluding my account for 6 month when the lady said 1 week they didn't provide the service I paid for.  The final straw was the false advertising.  I found it very odd, that Platinum Reels had one public free spin ever a year before I charged back, and now there seems to be a new one every other day since I won that CB? It's to much to be a coincidence, so maybe I was the one who provoked all of these free spins for you guys.  The only place I stick to now is Planet Casino, they have the Best support, so-so promos but they said they will get better, but their honest.  That's what turned me off from Big Dollar and Platinum Reels.  Not to mention they take visa mastercard and American express, so no more paying 5$ to reload an a 6$ monthly fee, and a 3-4% fee on international charges .

I never have been able to redeem ANY of the codes to this casino. Uninstall, delete...

so I decided to try out PR since I am in conflict with Treasure Mile (Genesys group) praying that PR would be the next best thing..I make my 1st 3 deposits and get the 3 promo codes they offer-then I get an email saying the  weekend offer is for a 40% match..I am ready to deposit today and decide to make sure with live chat that I will get the 40% and they tell me the ONLY way to get that is to make 5 seperate $20 deposits and I will get $8.00 each but if I make one deposit of $100 I will only get $8.00..of course nothing in their weekend promo says any of this-just says 40% match Thursday thru Sunday..why in Gods name would any casino want you to make 5 smaller deposits instead of just 1 larger one?  If that isn't going to make your bank think there is something weird going on in your account nothing is..5 hits all looking the same?  Does anyone else have deposit experience with PR who can shed light on this for me?

Thought I would give a small review for those players who like the BetonSoft casinos/games.  Since many of them get a bad review and I am currently in the midst of an issue with Treasure Mile and refuse to play on any of the Genyses casinos until this is resoved I thought I would try PR (thank you letting me know it existed).  It started out badly I must say, playing my favorite game and never getting the bonus.  I actually had some discussions with support , who I must say responded to my emails very quickly.  My luck was very bad on there which was very disappointing but since I am not new to this I decided to give it more attempts making 5 deposits in a 4 day period of time.  My last deposit was only for $20 (see previous post on their 40% match deposit bonus) and managed to get that $20 up to over $400 so yay good for them (and for me)..I did finally start getting in game bonus on my favorite slot on a fairly regular basis with some decent wins..so I wanted to do what I told them I would do which was either tell others of my good fortune or bad and since right now I have more in my account than I deposited in total I am writing this now (since I know that will change as I play it down).  Let's hope they can take the place of some if not all of the other competitors out there who are not on my good list right now for a variety of reasons.
