        Hey Lips,
        First, tks for the codes. Second, BIG problem w/Rich Casino. I contact support, give them the code, and he doesn't respond. So, I say "Can you tell me what the playthrough requirements are, and if any games are excluded please?'
        He says: slots and keno only 99x playthrough
        I say: oh ok ty. Is there a place I enter the code, or will you take care of that onus for me?" (knowing darn well support credits your acct w/bonuses)
        He says: you want to make a deposit?
        I say: no. I would like your help redemming the bonus code I gave you which I got through LCB "RichVIP50"
        tHEN HE SAYS; It is only for players from certain affiliates
        So I say: Yes, I understand that, and I downloaded it through the affiliate link through LCB. Can you elaborate please?
        ****WELL, 11 minutes go by, and he still has not responded to me, SO, I say:
        "If you check my acct, you will see, I downloaded & registered through a qualifying affiliate (LCB) To receive the NDB.
        Well, 6 more minutes go by, and nothing, so then I type" ya know what, if you're not even going to respond to me, I can assure you I will never deposit here. This is ridiculous"
        WELL, THEN...I hit the enter button, and the rep had disconnectted me!!! So, now another rep answers me (luke) and i say " as you can see, I am not very pleased w/Rich casino right now"
        He says "why is that?'
        so I tell him if he can see the chat log, he will see that all I wanted to do was redeem a coupon, and I couldn't even get a response from the other rep (Ron)
        (ready for this one.......???) so, i hit the send button, and THAT rep cut me off too!!!! I mean, WTH is going on here. Maybe anyone else would have stopped there. but not me, I was determined to either get my free chip, or tell them off for the difficult time they just gave me.So, Luke comes back and I repeat myself, and give him the code. Then he says: you have to come through an affiliate to get that bonus
        I say: If you check your system, you will clearly see I did come through an affiliate (LCB)Thats how I even found out about the code
        He says "LCB is not an affiliate for that code'
        So, I say "oh really? well ok then. While we're still connected- do me a favor, and close my acct because I will NEVER deposit here since all I get is no answer, or disconnected. And I will also let the other hundreds of members of LCB know not to even bother b/c you're not honoring the code if they downloaded through LCB."
        i HIT send, and guess what happened yet once again?????? Yup. THAT guy disconnected me from chat AGAIN!!! sO, NOW 'wilson' answers me, and I tell him "close my acct". Ya know what he says???? Well, I'nm gonna tell you. HE says' would you like to make a deposit? I can give you 300%?" (WTH IS WRONG W/THESE PEOPLE????)
        sO i SAY "No. The only thing I want you to do is close my acct" He doesnt answer me, so I say "hello?"and once again, he didnt want to deal with me so he trew me to the side. That's when I closed out the software, and uninstalled it.
        MAN, oh MAN I tell ya. I am so pissed right now...ut feel better since I got to vent. I think I'm going to make a big deposit at TITAN. lol

        Hi acgofer,

        Sorry to hear you had such a hard time and could not get the free chip. Seems some did and some did not.

        It seems it really depends on the rep you talk to in chat. I would suggest one of two things next time. Either ask to speak to a manager on duty or go back later to speak to a different customer service rep.

        I don't understand why some casinos don't have better training for customer service in regards to being more consistent in responding to players. It should not vary from rep to rep......in getting answers, it just is poor PR.

        Btw....you can lean on me anytime!!

        You're absolutely right. I should have asked to speak to a manager. And maybe I let myself get a little too wound up over the whole thing. My biggest pet-peeve anywhere is poor customer service. But what can ya do!

        I'm better now. Thks for the kind words, and advice.

        This is just all wrong! I don't understand the NON business sense these casinos have. They just turned away a potential depositor and now many others, because of this, I will not be playing there! So thanks for the post and I am really sorry you had to go through all of that nonsense!

        These guys are jerks! I don't even want their ndb coupons even if they did work. I bet they won't be around long with customer (dis)service like that

        Yeah, that's pretty much what it comes down to....CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even if they said the code could not be honored, for whatever reason, not a big deal. But at least have the courtesy to respond to me..not keep me hanging, only to find out I was cut off. Ah well, I'm over it..but WON'T be depositing there. I could just imagine what a hard time I would get if I ever tried to cash out!

        sorry to jump in here but this is one of the main things that would put me off depositing, won't go into the details but el dorado palace or whatever it's called is the worst i've come across so far, extremely rude and were told exactly, and in no uncertain terms, where they could stuff their rotten casino =)

        I in it a casino have satisfied a condition for 50$ for the pie recipe, have made the minimum deposit and have ordered withdrawal. And now I can not receive money. Three times cancelled my withdrawal for various reasons. I have sent them the documents but they demand still. I already am afraid to send to them of data on.
        The first time I face such problem. It is a pity to me it was pleasant to play at them
