I made NUMEROUS deposits to Ruby these last couple months, and for no apparent reason at all, I was locked out of my acct. I contacted support to find out why and I got their scripted "multiple acct" mumbo jumbo which is crap. I politely asked if she could be a a bit more specific, she repeated the multiple acct thing again.
I have been trying to resist the urge to deposit at any of the RIVALS-except for VegasRegal of course (wish they had better bonuses so that I wouldn't be tempted)b/c u jst never know w/ those guys.
