        I was just on with live chat trying to get that chip & was also asked for my password. What are they teaching these ppl?    My response was "you will never get my password." And they said "check back in 48 hours."  lol

        Yep they asked for mine too and I questioned them but I did give it to them (I know I shouldn't have) but I won't be depositing here anyways.

        I can honestly say that I have NEVER heard of asking for a password..That raises a red flag for me..They can verify your identity through other ways just like all the other Rivals do.

        Hi Members,

        I am appalled that this casino is asking for players passwords!! Please under no circumstances give out your password to ANY one. This is a serious violation on the part of the casino.

        No one should ever ask for your password in any situation. I would use extreme caution when playing at this site. I am not sure if this is one individual in chat support who is doing this or they are all asking this.

        I have tried to contact live chat a few minutes ago to speak to a manager about this but chat is not available. As soon as i find out more info i will let members know.

        Hey, Lips, just fyi, I also emailed them with this concern & their reply was an unconcerned "we ask everyone for their password." So I'm thinking all their support is asking that nutzoid question.
        Yeah, EXTREME caution is definitely called for.

        This is unacceptable! Players should NEVER disclose their passwords, not to customer support not to any1 else. I would understand if CS asked for few first letters of the password ( like they do at 888.com ), but this is definitely a red flag.

        I always thought passwords were encrypted, how are they able to see your password?

        I would not even feel safe playing here, someone unknowning could be placing their password that they use on everything, some crooked chat personal could get ahold of it and there goes your whole life...

        They need to change that policy right away....

        I feel the same, i'm not very comfortable with people knowing my passwords

        i'll be steering clear of this place just like i stay away from places that send you an email with your password written out, it might not be a big deal to some people but as a matter of principle those casinos dont get my money, simple (:

        It is scary because I tend to use the same password for things, so I have now changed all my passwords. Very very unsafe of them to ask you for that, no reason chat operators should be able to see your password either.

        I feel like a HUGE dumb dumb and I should have gone with my gut instinct when asked for my password and said no.  Well I can't fix it now but I'm glad this post was made so that people will realize NEVER to give it.
