same here wmmeden! it's an insult to be kept waiting. I asked support and he said he had to forward the request to the promotion manager and I would get an email as soon as he worked it out.

I killed my facebook account many months ago.  I hope VRC isn't going to start asking you guys to feed their animals in farmville for them!

I dont think any casino or customer support like the idea of being threaten for closing the account, most of the time, they will close your acct per your request, but not a free chip or bonus that you ask for.  I'm a regular depositor at vegas regal casino as well, but it doesn't mean that I will get all the free chips.  Sometimes, they do give you free chip, but if you don't claim it in the promotional period, it will be expired and disappear from your cashier.  Anyhow, I wish you will get ur free chip thou and gl.  I have not seen VRC visiting our forum since the new year, problly she was on her vacation or something.

You know VRC is generous with free chips compared to all rival casinos.  You'll be disappointed with Tropica for sure b/c you problly won't get any free chip bigger than $20 and max cashout usually $25.  I'm not trying to get you to stay with VRC, just tell you my experience of getting free chips from both casinos.  GL

Not trying to threaten and didn't want it to be seen as such.  I just feel left out sometimes.  When you come here and get excited cuz everyone gets a bonus but you and you go to support and they tell you your not eligible it gets irksome.  I am not a big time depositor so losing my business is not going to  hurt them in anyway.  They can do as they like, but as a paying customer who has never withdrawn, I have the right to my feelings

That's the risk of giving away so many promotions. If they do it better be carefull not to offend some of the paying customers.
I had it with paradise 8 once. They send me an email about 10 and 50 nd bonus. But I only got 10. I sent them an email to remove me from their mailing list and delete my account if they didn't give me the 50, and within a week I got it. I just don't like being promised something and then not getting it. If they didn't tell me about it I would have no problem with it.

I made a new facebook account and posted the username with it, so I can't really blame them for not giving it to me. Still when I make my next deposit it will probably be somewhere else. That's just the way it works.
VRC sure is one of the best rival casino's. And I don't hate them
