      I only deposited around $1000 last year, before that they were generous bdays and Xmas, and the last time I played I got $25 bonus and some free spins after losing and going to chat and ask about free spins. Now I am being deprived of any more because I haven't deposited since then.  I think Tropica and Vegas Regal should give them some lessons in how to treat their players.

      PP was worse and after making my first vip status , they insisted I make a $100 deposit before getting anything else. Dumped me long time ago. Can't understand , don't they miss me? You'd think they were taking the money out of their own wallets when asking for anything. What do they think ? that this is easy for us? Cutting loose with the money, after getting it, and then all the hoops we jump thru, and waiting ....

    Despite having had VIP status for better than eight months, I agree that the bonuses have dropped off significantly.
    I deposited often and frequently to maintain my status.  After referring two friends, whom received numerous bonuses, i contacted the help desk and received an unfriendly rebuttal.  The bonuses are mainly directed at new players.  As of yet, there is nothing designed to encourage loyalty or further deposits.
    Good luck with these people.

    did u go to chat and ask...i had made 3 deposits and did not know that there was a bonus on ur first 3 deposits...i asked chat about it when i finally went back to their casino to play again after 2 1/2 months and they gave it to me with no problem...
