I just got off live chat with Marvin at Casino Grand Bay and I am livid.
- First I wasn't eligible for CGBRCLL because I must be a depositing player... until I explained that I am a depositing player;
- then I wasn't because I had already redeemed this code once.....
until I explained that other players had redeemed it for a second time;
- then I wasn't because I needed to have received an email inviting me to redeem it again;
When I pointed out that the eligibility for this promo was inconsistent from player to player, that reasons he was giving me why I was not eligible did not result in ineligibility for other players- we were then talking about my account, not other player's;
When I asked if he could not understand why this apparent inconsistency I found frustrating and could he please explain why I was not eligible for this bonus? ........

Is there any possibility that we could get a betonsoft rep here in the forum so that any misunderstandings could be cleared in an open forum with the opportunity for other players to respond, so that we can all be operating from the same set of facts and historical record?
