    I dont think that would be possible.  Take a look around if you see any betonsoft casino on LCB website.
    For me, I'm done with them, I uninstalled all of betonsoft casinos, lol.  Oh, Marvin is the guy can argue with you all day long over either 20% more in bonus or 10 free spins or even free $1 chip, lol.


    I just got off live chat with Marvin at Casino Grand Bay and I am livid.

    - First I wasn't eligible for CGBRCLL because I must be a depositing player... until I explained that I am a depositing player;

    - then I wasn't because I had already redeemed this code once.....
    until I explained that other players had redeemed it for a second time;

    - then I wasn't because I needed to have received an email inviting me to redeem it again;

    When I pointed out that the eligibility for this promo was inconsistent from player to player, that reasons he was giving me why I was not eligible did not result in ineligibility for other players- we were then talking about my account, not other player's;

    When I asked if he could not understand why this apparent inconsistency I  found frustrating and could he please explain why I was not eligible for this bonus? ........
    Marvin asked if there was anything else I needed and it had been a pleasure helping me.

    Is there any possibility that we could get a betonsoft rep here in the forum so that any misunderstandings could be cleared in an open forum with the opportunity for other players to respond, so that we can all be operating from the same set of facts and historical record?

    I'm not the one who make a decision to choose  the Rep for each group above, but if you recall that Grand Prive changed software from microgaming to betonsoft, so that they could get away from paying to affiliates.  Most of online forums do not affiliate with Grand Prive group, including LCB.  We dont affiliate with them, we dont need their rep here.  There are warning sign on this thread about these casinos, so you decide whether or not to play with them, another words, play at your own risk.

    I only play the freebies at Grand Bay and the rest of them....sometimes.

    One thing for sure....I never deposit to a casino with the warning sign, why go for the trouble cashing out...waitingtime etc. There a casinos, honest, Ill stick to them....all the time, because I know they have a fast payout, no runaround about anything.

    I was 'easy' on what I increasingly truly think having a rep from a betonsoft casino join our forum would do.

    It would take those lying, abusive, arbitrary reps out of their vacuum of live help absolute power, in which they wield unquestionable and absolute control over our accounts on their mood and whim, leaving us with no recourse but to ask, argue and plead on matters of our own money- now wholly in their hands- that's more what I really meant.

    Yeah, I know the reputation Grand Prive has isn't good.  I've managed 2 cash out several thousand dollars over the time I've played w/ them ( several years), & never had a problem.  Well, with the exception of Roadhouse Reels, that is (their checks ALWAYS bounced) sad  I just get fed up w/ these goofy customer support reps who clearly don't know what the heck they're talking about sad

    Can anyone see where it says i have to make 2 deposits for the bonus and free spins.

    I agree... to a point. smiley  What bugged me was getting an email that was sent 'in error' or so many members getting different stories.  IE:  one gets 'code is expired' while the next redeems or 'code is not valid' while the next redeems. 

    It was the inconsistency that was annoying.  I was always thankful for free chips and yes, I appreciated them.  smiley

    I cashed out at one of their casinos.  The max was $250 but I did get a check for $265 at change.  Weird. 

    I had made one deposit, months ago.  My balance on the free chip was up over $500 (I could only withdraw $250).  A rep. suggested I withdrawal the entire amount so there would be no confusion in the future.  Um.. no.  If you have more than the $250... play the remaining to zero to earn comp points. smiley  I did and claimed another free $10

    Just cashed out 500 @ Lake Palace on a 50 dollar deposit; been playin' there for years but haven't cashed out since they changed 2 this new software.  Made most of my winnings on Wild Berry, it was HOT 2nite wink

    I guess yesterday was not the day to piss me off.  I tried to get free spins at villafortuna on the leprechaun as i had not played it there yet.  this was after being told by 3 other casinos that i didnt qaulify, i told them i never recieve anything free less is ask for it but is ure spend alot.  Now some of the support teams are really awesome and the rest are just snooty a word i cant say here, so i closed all but four accounts and when i was asked why told them how they never tell the same story twice you never move up the ladder no mater how much you spend, how some of there support is so snooty you feel like you are being belittled and if they didnt believe me maybe they should check out some of the forums because i have checked out at least 3 of them including ours and they are all saying the same thing.
