        Grand Prive Rep?  I dont think so

        I'm not the one who make a decision to choose  the Rep for each group above, but if you recall that Grand Prive changed software from microgaming to betonsoft, so that they could get away from paying to affiliates.  Most of online forums do not affiliate with Grand Prive group, including LCB.  We dont affiliate with them, we dont need their rep here.  There are warning sign on this thread about these casinos, so you decide whether or not to play with them, another words, play at your own risk.

        You have to realize the types of people that you are dealing with Grand Prive. Take whatever freebies that you can get from them, try to make the playthrough and then cashout. Online gambling is a huge risk from corrupt software to poor customer service. You can't sit around and complain about it because that will do nothing but get you more frustrated. Be careful where you deposit and trust the warning signs that this site puts up. LCB is one of the best forums online and the gamblers and people here know their stuff. I have cashed out on Grand Prive freebies several times and they don't send me anything anymore but that is cool because I know how they operate. I just move on to another casino or software. I sure hope that microgaming lets US  players back soon.

        I only play the freebies at Grand Bay and the rest of them....sometimes.

        One thing for sure....I never deposit to a casino with the warning sign, why go for the trouble cashing out...waitingtime etc. There a casinos, honest, Ill stick to them....all the time, because I know they have a fast payout, no runaround about anything.

        As my experience with betonsoft casinos grows; so does my understanding and agreement with the wisdom expressed by those whose experience precedes my own- thank you all.

        Tinmanfan: that is exactly what I meant.
        I was 'easy' on what I increasingly truly think having a rep from a betonsoft casino join our forum would do.

        It would take those lying, abusive, arbitrary reps out of their vacuum of live help absolute power, in which they wield unquestionable and absolute control over our accounts on their mood and whim, leaving us with no recourse but to ask, argue and plead on matters of our own money- now wholly in their hands- that's more what I really meant.

        Yeah, I know the reputation Grand Prive has isn't good.  I've managed 2 cash out several thousand dollars over the time I've played w/ them ( several years), & never had a problem.  Well, with the exception of Roadhouse Reels, that is (their checks ALWAYS bounced)   I just get fed up w/ these goofy customer support reps who clearly don't know what the heck they're talking about

        Can anyone see where it says i have to make 2 deposits for the bonus and free spins.

        They are so rude and think they can talk to me like im crap.well lets hope they still have jobs in 6 months.

        I don't really blame the casino for being upset about it, tho.  Even in Nevada the casinos pick & choose who they give money & comps to.  They have the right to make any decisions they want when they're giving away their money - at least that's the way I feel.

        I agree... to a point.   What bugged me was getting an email that was sent 'in error' or so many members getting different stories.  IE:  one gets 'code is expired' while the next redeems or 'code is not valid' while the next redeems. 

        It was the inconsistency that was annoying.  I was always thankful for free chips and yes, I appreciated them.
