          hi,since ive started doing all of my depositing and online gambling with winaday and slotland i have no other casinos offering me money to play on holidays since i live in new york-i have a question is this the first year winaday and slotland gave out $50 new year bonuses only to never played there before players?i could have swore after i spent all my money there last year they gave us all new years day!  bonuses?  damn-im probably not comming home alive tommorow night the nearest action for me since my girl has to hook me up is 12 miles down the n.y. throughway-ah actualy i shouldent depend on anybody for any bonuses-but they are giving free $50 game plays to peeps on my card tier-sucks though i dont drink i dont drive-so my only choice is sit home and think about my girl down there drunk or go with her which is what i will probably do-wth? you only live once-everybody else dont take my example,im sure if you dont live in the usa you can get a life saving bonus!! take care everyone-lets not lose anyone this jan 1,  yobaboy

          nevermind abot any bonus-keep em,my aunt an muncle ar goin to lend us ther hoarleys to drive down and hang all night at the reservation down here so at least uf we smack mup we smackup inta indins or there houses and they say there constables will ignore everthing,if mits death BRING IT ON!--YOBABOY    YAAH-HOOOH!!!!

          Hi yobaboy! Happy belated Birthday to you!! I'm pretty sure that Slotland and Winaday gave a Xmas bonus last year but don't remember how much. you should check here on older posts and see. They are 2 of the more generous casinos when it comes to giving out bonuses. It used to be better but in the past year or two epecially, more and more casinos stopped giving them out. It's not like they don't make enough money or anything. They're just plain stingy if you ask me. Just keep checking this site for any new updates from other members.           yeah your right,i got to start diversifing my money in other casinos rather than just between these 2-i was just trying to see if my loyalty would payoff-ive found 60% of the time it does but also they have let me down in some realy bad spots,does anyone know of any casinos to reccomend that compete with the morals and scruples and no payoff problems winaday and slotland uauly offer? i would realy like to know-one bad thing i live in the us

          No. None of them do. No matter how much money you spend, none of them will be as loyal to you as you are to them. You cannot trust that any of them will. So, mmy advice to you is to spread your money around.

          online casinos are all extremely greedy.  Try to go to land based and get comps for meals, hotel, etc.  They show they appreciate the business.

          -i would just mlike to say they did give me a birthday,christmas bonus and new years bonus and i was able to cashin on all of them-my problem was i was drunk and wanted what i wanted what i wanted when i wanted it when they were planning on giving the bonuses all along,they just dont give out this information early as policy.i apologise to winaday and slotland first of all, and to everyone else for acting out to early.they are and always have been my main casinos for the last 2 years and have never had a payout problem ever with them and they have given me bonuses on several occaisions when i have asked,not everytime mind you but at least 50% of the time,embarrased but must tell the truth,even belatedly   winaday and slotland-yobaboy account as of here

          slotland/win a day are really good casinos, they have cool bonuses and always with reasonable wagers, and their live chat is exceptional as their buisiness practice is. Their selection of games may be a bit lower but there is still something for everyone.

          Today I decided to deposit $25.00 at winaday casino after using a free chip.  Used my Visa debit card as I always do at other casinos.  Immediately got this email...

          Dear xxxxx,
            Thank you for purchasing at 11/03/2012 18:11:04 GMT and your transaction amount is 25.0 USD.
          The charge will appear on your credit card statement as payment to karry-commerce.

          Went to back to winaday and money was not in my account.  Signed out and signed back in.  Still was not in there.  Went to live chat and was told it could take up to 60 minutes to show up in my account.  (I am thinking...really?  Up to 60 minutes?)  I never heard of that before but I accepted that explanation since I had to go out shortly after.  I just got home 7 hours later, checked my account, and it is still not there.  So I went to live chat again and was told it was still processing.  He sent a message to finance and I would hear back in 1 business day.  It is Saturday night now so I guess I will have to wait until Monday. 

          If this is how a deposit works (waiting and waiting to be credited) I am not interested.

          medtrans, first of all, thanks for bringing up this topic-I hadn't read it before but it was entertaining and informative!  (you think yobaboy was drunk, really? heheh)

          I haven't deposited at Win A Day but since I hadn't heard this issue around here before, my thoughts are that their processor is causing the problem, not the casino. 

          Most likely it will clear up before you hear from them, but if not, a business day is usually Mon-Fri though some are ending it on Thursdays now.  So you may not hear from them until Monday as you speculated. 

          A delay is better than something like a double charge to your account.

          Good luck with your playtime when you do get it.  I was really liking that Gladiator game while my free chip lasted!

          I guess it could be the processor, but the money has been taken out of my checking account already.  The processor didn't seem to have a problem doing that. 

          I am hoping it gets cleared up and the money gets put in my account.  But I wanted to play more on the gladiator game so thought I would deposit.  Sort of disappointing when you are ready to play and can't.

          I've had those processors show up on my online bank statement and then mysteriously disappear only to come back again a few days later.  It's a mystery.  But I'm pretty sure the casino will be doing all possible to remedy the situation.

          I hear you on that gladiator game.  I was not happy when my freechip ran out, and felt a strong desire to find a way to play some more.  I might have been in the same boat with you right now if I'd had any money to deposit!  (Monday!!!) 

          Maybe you could contact the live chat again and ask for a free chip as an appetizer while you wait for the main course.  They could say no, but they could say yes!

          OK...so I got an email early this morning from winaday saying they manually completed and credited my deposit.  I am happy about that and it was done in a timely manner.

          The email also said....Please be advised that normally, it does not take longer than 60 minutes for a transaction to complete.

          Would like to hear back comments from people who deposit there regularly.  Do you have to wait for up to 60 minutes before you can play?

          Yes you are happy that you finally got credit, but are you really happy it took so long?   I would never deposit if you had to wait to get credit.  I cant imagine what the process time for cashing out is.  I am curious with you also to see if everyone has to wait. Cant really have a lot of repeat business with that process.
