        I'm a regular depositor at GO, Crazy, Grand Vegas and Online Vegas.
        When I went to log in today, I couldn't get in.  This is the conversation with live support.
        I sent Zuga a PM but can't tell if it went through.

        My husband is also a depositor.  He tried to log in and is blocked also. 

        Now it seems kind of like a personal vendetta.

        That MIGHT be the problem if you did not communicate this with the casino.

        Ouch might be what the problem is. 2 accounts in the same house don't set too well with casinos.

        Yes, we have permission, in writing, for both of us to have accounts and both of us are depositors.

        We have had the accounts for over a year and have been told, more than once, it's fine. We just can't use the same credit card for deposits.

        I have been a loyal depositor to the GO/Crazy/Online Vegas and Grand Vegas.

        I have been perma banned.  Why?  Because I claimed deposit bonuses on my deposits!  WTH?  I was told I was free to claim bonuses on deposits but that evidently is not the case.

        I have NEVER made a withdrawal. 

        What did support tell me?  "You're no longer welcome at any of our casinos".  "We no longer wish to do business with you"  "We don't want you here".  Among worse.
