Really Disappointed in Lucky Red!!!!

        Lucky Red really made me angry this morning!  I deposited, contacted live support to ask if they had any deposit codes for me, it took them FOREVER to respond, so in the meantime I looked on their website and found this:

        www.luckyredcasino.com/SpecialPromotions.

        Now, on the top it says that 'these code may not be available' or something along those lines...  This is false advertising in my opinion.  If they are upcoming promotions, then post the promos, but not the codes.  Bait and switch.  I have deposited several times there, and this really made me mad.  What the heck, Lucky Red?

        I thought I had copied the convo I had with Live Chat, it  was seriously mind-blowing!  You would think they would treat their depositors better than that....

        What a shame you had a bad experience jodiisgreat.  Did you withdraw your deposit or did you play it off anyway without the bonus?

        Too bad about that jodiisgreat. I agree with rena, they usually ask you to redeem a coupon in the cashier before you make a deposit. I wish I could see the conversation with Live Chat, I'm sure it was "interesting".

        I know I'm supposed to do the coupon first, but I have deposited with them several times and knew the code I was going to use.  But I thought why not contact support and see if they have a better offer?

        It took her like 10 min to offer me a 75%, and in that time I had looked at the website and saw (what I thought to be) 150%.  I asked her to just go ahead and do the 150%, and she looked at the link I provided her and told me she would.  10 minutes later, she came back and told me it was invalid and that I need to read the top of the page.

        Ummmm, their employee didn't even read the top and believed I was eligible.  WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER.  She was rude, standoffish, slow, and had no clue what was going on with the casino.

        My deposit was small ($21) so I told the rep that I was going to play it, but they had lost my business.  If she would have at least been nice and taken like 30 minutes out of my day for NOTHING, then I would have been okay with it, as I know that I should have put the code in first.  But me not putting the code in does not in any way warrant her behavior toward her company's customers.  I hope her boss sees this and reads that chat.

        so sorry this happened,how do casinos expect to keep customers if the support is RUDE

        Exactly!  I mean, the money that I have deposited there may not be much to them, but I work for it!  I don't mind spending it if I have a nice experience and a few hours of fun, but for them to just be outright rude and on top of that for the rep to not even be familiar with the bonuses is just unacceptable.  I think my days of CWC deposits are over.

        That really is not good news especially since they have always been my favorite online casino. But i agree with you on customer support, there has definitely been a lack of good service with long delays to respond which in the past was never an issue. I have waited over 20 minutes for live chat until i finally gave up.

        False advertising at any online casino should not be permitted and i know the The Advertising Standards Agency (ASA) takes complaints seriously. But it is very important to read the terms and conditions carefully because many times it is hidden in the fine print.

        I really do enjoy this casino in all other respects and hope they take note in bring back good live support like it use to be.

        I really enjoy their games, too.  I just really think that the way they have that webpage is extremely misleading.  Maybe they should change it to just describing their upcoming promos, instead of actually putting the codes there, and at the top in teeny tiny words say that they aren't available.

        They should also train their reps so that they are aware of what is posted on their website so there is no confusion in the future.

        Lucky Red, if you are out there, please take note!  You have just lost a regular depositor until things are rectified.
