Redflush added wagering gone wrong

        Ok here it goes,

        I had signed up at reflush casino at the beginning of this month, i took up the freeplay bonus and took the maximum bonus of $100, however i didn't make the playthrough for the bonus so as i logged out of the casino i had a balance of 8cents from that bonus remaining.

        This week i logged back in and saw that i was able to redeem my points for $13.79 i didn't redeem them until i played off the 8cents as i know that if i had redeemed my points whilst the 8cents was still there i would've had to wager the first bonus i took up as well as the $13.79 loyalty points bonus, so i chose the first game i saw which was ruby of the nile, selected 8 lines at 1 coin and played off the 8cents which means i can claim my points and start wagering that right?.....wrong,

        as i was playing i seemed to have picked games that were taking my balance up into the $100 mark amazingly...and as i checked to see how much i had to wager i noticed an extra $70 added to the $13.79 making my bonus $83.79 altogether, i had no games in play from the first bonus, so i couldn't understand why i had to wager an unnecessary bonus, so i contacted support and omg that took nearly 3 hours just to be told that i had left over money in my account when i claimed my points.

        I checked my playcheck history and saw that yes, i was right i had played off the 8cents before claiming my points. I told the rep to look at my history, he just said to me " our system doesn't lie" So now its been three days now and no one seems to want to prove me wrong,

        look, redflush isn't at fault here I'm just saying that its been pretty hectic when you know your right about something and they still make you follow their rules.

        by the way i did wager the whole thing and withdrew $800. so in a way it worked out in my favour.

        Has anyone had this happen to them before?

        A very nice outcome for sure keza and congrats to you.

        I've not played there personally, but I am aware that some casinos require you to log out in order for a "coupon" or "bonus" to be no longer applicable once the balance has hit zero.  Maybe this is one of those casinos?

        thanks blue, i think thats what had happened, but they didnt mention it, but no doubt they'll find a way to make out i was at fault, but yes i agree with gabby, great tip.
