        Hi evy1...I'm locked out too.Was told at 3:30 am to wait 15 minutes and try again.Waited 45 minutes....still locked out,live chat then told me to try again later today!!!Sure hope it's JUST a technical problem like they said.Well,I'll keep my fingers crossed (maybe even my toes)lol!!!

        Called their toll free number was told it is technical problem.I asked why would we be locked out if it is a tech. problem and he told me he didn't know and apologized.He was nice enough but it makes me wonder.Guess I'll give them the benefit of a doubt and try later today.

        Just tried again....no luck.Guess they don't want us on site.I don't get it.They let new acct. from US sign-up and then lock us out.Not nice!!!

        I am locked  out too,  I talked to support and they gave me the same thing.  the funny thing is when I said I was locked out live chat told me that my villento acct was't locked.  When I said I was talking about rich reels they gave me the tech difficultys line.

          Hmm.  Maybe there are tech difficulties.  I know there were technical difficulties with depositing because they put a notice up.  Also, you can't download any new games - you can only play the ones that you have already downloaded.

          So I do believe that they are having tech diffs generally with MG.
