        Just thought I would let others know and am curious if anyone else just shrugged it off because its a free tourney.. that is what i have being doing till today..

        Luke: Ok. May I suggest that you try to uninstall the casino software and reinstall it to acquire the latest software. This may resolve the issue for you.

        Luke: Yes but the casino has an uninstall process which contains a procedure which you need to follow in which you manually need to delete certain files.

        Luke: The process I can send to you has got nothing to do with formatting a computer. These are just files located on your cache and PUDB folders.

        Sorry to say, but I have played the tourneys so many times I can not count them. The problem you have is something I have never heard of before and has never happened to me. Maybe he is right and that it is something with your computer.

        Hi Rainer,

        I'm not sure what this email is saying.  But, regarding the audit of my game-play on that specific tournament, that is wrong.  I was not able to continue playing as it states on the audit.  The play stopped dead at 22,200, (right after the free spins feature).  According to the audit, i continued to play until 5:35:03 when i was at a zero balance.  That is simply not true.  Yes, i could have re-opened the tournament to continue play for a $2.00 fee.  That is not the issue.  The issue is that my slot play was stopped after the free spins round and would not start again until after the time was up, leaving 3 minutes on the clock, while I tried the spin button, that would not move, but the clock continued to move.  Regarding the slight lapse in internet connection, the timer continued to move, the banner across the top of the casino continued to move, nothing else stopped but the slot tournament, and it only stopped until the time had expired on the timer, after the time expired it went right to the results page, without any lapse in connection.  Had it been a lapse in connection, I would think the clock would freeze, the banner would freeze, everything would freeze.  It would not have conveniently  waited until the time was up to go to the results page.  I am not sure what the problem is, but I would hate to think that because I am not a big depositor, that I am being prevented from winning or even placing in a slot tournament.  Also, I can not believe that I am the only person, who has complained about shortening the time when playing in the tournaments.  Continually, I have been shut out of the tournaments with time still on the clock.  Yes, I have been told to note the ID#.  But, I find that to be nit picking, I can't watch the tournament, watch my play, and watch the clock, while trying to play, that is just too much.  Yes, I understand that this seems to be much ado about nothing to you.  To me, I think this is very unfair, whether fair or not, most people would like to at least think that online gaming is fair.

        I was told the same thing...its my computer that is at fault...

        I played the tournaments at rich reels like thousand times.  Yes, sometimes you can't continue to play after the free spins.  The solution is simple, just get out of the tourney and click it back in, it costs you couple seconds, but that is just the way to do it.  Livechat probllly wouldnt understand what you describe to them bc they are not playing the games, lol.

        I will try that the next time it happens....I just stopped playing the tournaments becaus of that very same thing.

        It also happened to me a few times at AllSlots Casino that's why I've never done a rebuy on the monthly free LCB tourney and why I've never paid for a tourney.

        I agree with Taaadaaa.  It usually happens to me on Loaded.  I also learned to just close it and reopen it.  It works every time.
