        I hope so. I would like to make a withdrawal and I have been trying to contact someone through "live chat" but no one is ever there. I have sent emails for a week to support@casholotcasino.com and have not received a reply.

        Usernames are everywhere on this forum.  You need to send them to receive bonuses from reps and claim forum prizes.

        I downloaded Casholot today because I couldn't wait any longer for an exclusive chip to try them out. I log in after looking at their deposit bonus structure and it looks pretty decent once you make a few deposits. However, I had no promotions available in the cashier. Ok, so not a big deal. Maybe nobody has reviewed my account they add them manually or something.

        Then I try to find live chat. It's missing from the cashier although a message directs the customer to the blank right side of the page. Maybe the Queen's English just doesn't fly with US customers or something. So I try the main site. I took a screenshot of the minute I sent my question and I have not had a response in about 10 minutes. Their live help is located next to a reminder that they are there for you 24/7.

        As I write this I just tried to send another very polite message asking if someone could please help me and I got a message saying no agents on their "friendly 24/7" team could help and I will get a reply by email.

        If the people running marketing and operations aren't aware of these issues they need to be. And they should be keeping their (potential) players updated. A trained casino staff already knows customers are impatient and ready for action the second they walk in/log in. Nobody's going to wait around. Those promos looked really fun, too.

        The issue here is the incomplete banking details. After I got in touch with their Rep I informed libbeygal what they need to do.

        I dont know what happened then as I havent heard back from the player.
