        I really wish that Rival would give a second chance to people who have been accused of having multiple accounts at multiple casinos. I personally have been accused of this and I KNOW that I have never done it intentionally! If I have done it, it was purely a mistake on my part. I am pretty sure that by multiple in my case they mean 2 accounts not 100 like some people (supposedly) have trying to keep playing the nd until they can cashout. It is really frustrating because it seems that once your account gets flagged for anything, some of the Rivals wil never ever ever ever give you your bonuses back sad
        I have said earlier today that I love playing at Rivals, and I really do, I just get a little tired of (SOME) Rivals blocking your bonuses for any reason that they can think of and often they won't even tell you why sad

        having multiple accts and no bonus available are two different things here.  They will block u out if u have multiple accts or if u contact support, they might let u have one active acct and shut down the others.  When are ahead of them, maybe in a short time and can be with several rival casinos, they will flag ur acct, u become bonus ineligible.  It happened to me like 6 months ago, only Slottocash and Superior still gave me the promotions at that time,  but then several casinos decided to give me back the promotions several months later, thanks for that.  So, I suggest u check out Slottocash and superior, and for other casinos, all you can do is wait, lol.

        I was actually told at Vegas Days that I was bonus banned due to multiple accounts - the others just say

        "Unfortunately, the casinos security system has flagged your account and you are not eligible for promotions. You may still play for Fun or for Real without promotions.

        I am sorry to inform you but the casino reserves the right to deny promotions to anyone, without disclosing the reason why. "

        I still have promos at Slotocash, Vegas Regal, Tropica, box24 and the new one (I forget it's name) so I am happy just to play at these, I just wanted to have a little rant smiley

        Watch out because with rival casino's they consider having accounts at "another rival casino" as having multiple accounts. So you might not have more than one account anywhere, but that's how they see it.....I don't understand that logic one bit. Sometimes you can talk to support and they will take care of it for you.

        At Vegas Regal Casino we don't care if you have other accounts at other casinos, only your account at Vegas Regal Casino will matter (with exceptions of Charge back fraud and such).

        We don't take that into consideration because we like everyone to get a good chance of winning at our casino!

        I had my computer crash and I wasn't sure of all the Casinos I had joined. I wasn't too concerned since I never, ever (hopefully one day) win off "free" money. But when I did decide to deposit I just asked support if I had multiple accounts. At SlotoCash I did have a duplicate and they just deleted one of them, no problem. I also had Vegas Regal check for me, just recently prior to making a deposit. I was pretty sure I only had one with them, but I ALWAYS double check when I am "paying to play" laugh_out_loud

        I have also have had bad experiences with rival casino's, accusing me of creating multiple accounts. Which, I do have to say that in the past i was guilty of such a thing but, I learned real fast that it cause you to not be able to cash out, or be able to take part in any promotions that might be available at these casino's. So, I no longer create any extra accounts or duplicate accounts at any casino. But the problem I have now when it comes to these rival casinos thinking or saying that I have multiple accounts created with them, is that my sister and I both have our own seperate computers which share the same service provider which to the casino's may look like its the same IP address "Internet Provider". My sisters computer works off of an ethernet cable. So i allow her to connect through my service provider. Anyway, it sure can be embarrassing and sometimes insulting the way these rival casino's can be about this subject !

        u can send ur documents in to prove that u and ur sister are different and explain the situation to them, hope u can get it resolve.
