Rival powered Cocoa Casino NOT PAYING PLAYERS !!!!!

        I've deposited over $ 30,000.00 at least since Dec 2009 at all the Rival Powered Casinos, love them, well, until I went to cash out, and received an email, that said I had a chargeback with eWalletXpress, which I had paid, but the email from Cocoa said, my winnings had been removed from my account, and were "void" decision final !  Over $ 6,500.00 are you kidding me  

        How can they do this ?

        Anyone else ever have this happen ?  What are the chances of ever seeing that money ?

        Hi rallen7,

        I do know that Rival will close your account if you do a chargeback.  My suggestion is that you write in the Direct Casino Support thread.  Whilst Jaxon is away, I will be forwarding questions to the new designated rep who is not a member on this board.

        My question is,why aren't the Rival Casinos on the "Blacklist"???
        Because they never pay winnings!!!
        I opened an account at tropica.I made a deposit of 200€ to claim a promotion.I won about 2000€,now my account is closed!
        I never got back my deposited money,and they don't answer me why!
        Thanks "Google" i know,that it is always the same!They also make publicity with Jackpot-Winners,but they don't pay them!lol
        And always the same reason is: A multiple account,or that someone else is using the same IP!
        I'm a single,i have only 1 account,i never locked in on another PC,and noone else is using my PC!
        They have stolen me my money i deposited!!!
        Incredible!Isn't it possible to do something against them???

        I would contact the casino manager. The bottom line is if you havent done anything wrong and they have confiscated your winnings/deposit they are techncailly breaking the law.

        Its nothing more than theft when that happens

        Regrettably your account was automatically locked by the security system because you are linked to too many duplicate accounts within Rival powered casinos.

        As by the user agreement, only one account per casino per household/computer/ip is allowed and therefore your account was locked.

        This is what they wrote to me a few minutes ago!
        And i can tell you,that's a lie!!!
        As i know from seperal forums,they mostly use the agree,that at least 1 other member is using the same IP!
        I don't know how it can be!I don' have wlan.
        It's really impossilble.But i think,there's no chance to do something against them!
        And i don't know anyone who had success!They are thiefs,and the only thing is not to play there!!!

        the same ole multiple account line, they use it everytime. Tropica bonus banned me for no reason whatsoever and when i tried to ask why i was told i had multiple accounts on the same ip adress. Now I have wireless but i also have a lock on my router...so they just use that line to steal peoples money

        even if they use that line they are still breaking the law if at least the original deposit isnt refunded.

        Yes sparkz,they break the law.But we can't do anything against them!
        We can only inform as much peoples as possible not to make a deposit at the Rival Casinos!
        And try to do something,that they are not any longer on sites like "latestcasinobonuses"!

        did you contact the manager there? im sure if you inform them that they are in fact breaking the law by taking your money especially your deposit then they will have to have other views on th situation.

        ask them for a list of duplicate account names they claim you have made... they have to supply that. Try contacting rival, try a casino watchdog

        Please Shoot me... but what is a chargeback?I don't have ewalletexpress is that why I don't know about it? just wondering what it is.

        chargeback is when you reclaim the money paid to an account back to yours...

        i.e, someone deposits $100 to a casino and loses, they then get onto their bank/ewallet and say they didnt authorise the transaction. Its then refunded back to the player from the casinos account

        Have you raised this with the Direct Casino Support guy here at LCB?  I suggest you post your problem in there.
