    this is not the usual rival bashing. Just a real life experience.

    Funded my neteller account to collect some free chips.

    Went to titan casino and bang after 3 hours money was in my account.

    Went to vegas regal casino and "Albert" from CS did not even know Nic.

    Asked about addy for sending documents and reply was "you will be notified if this is necessary".

    Now I will be waiting for their mail. Actually I am already waiting, withdrawal was yesterday. No feedback yet.

    Folks, I am still in favour of Nic and VRC, but if I get a service that is as sexy as a north korean food stamp, I can only take the money and run away.

  • Sorry to hear that rokko. Once again the importance of good customer service. They represent the casinos and set the tone for the player. It is the only form of communication a player has at some casinos.

    Have a virtual meeting with your staff!!!! A little bit of training goes a long way in customer satisfaction.

    But yes, I went to VRC, won and it took about 4-5 days as I was new (Faxbaxform) and really it was alot less then when I was playing on the MG group.

    Want torture? Try the "Mighty Slots" group...Or like Prism and such.

    Some have it down, but the casino has it's rules and such. That too is RL.

    I just cannot believe it! They do not know even their managers.

    And btw if you are in only gambling for only fifty cents you would know Vic from VRC.

    Then withdrawing from RIVALs without verification documents is also impossible.

    Now take this RIVAL CS moron who doesn´t know his casino manager and he gives me "we will notify you". And that was yesterday. Yes, and no feedback yet.

    Even if you do not have the slightest idea about proper service - especially when dealing with money - you can only call this grotesque.

    I was curious. Some casinos are quite different when it comes to payouts or method. SOme are incrediably fast. But then, some aren't.

    I agree that they should know their managers, but then again, I worked many jobs and I didn't know the person even above my direct boss. Unless I had direct contact with them.

  • I think your complaint is more about CS truly. But that someone doesn't care about who their manager is, is not uncommon to many. I guess you're the type who DOES care about the managers and such. I am "Sort of" like that as if I do have alot of contact with them.

    You cannot "Force" someone to care Rokko, it's either in you or not.

    We have to care about this ourselves - they wont tell us grin.

    And btw when it is about money and/or in casinos I don´t want to be cared about, I want professionality.
  • Don't forget Rival has centralised support for almost all the Rival casinos.
    So the CS agent you're chatting with is not only doing support for Vegas Regal, but also for 30 other Rival casinos.
    So its not really surprising he does not know Nicholas, you cannot expect these agents to know 30 different affilliatemanagers, casinomanagers etc.
    Working there must be hell, lol..

  • If they would sit in a cave and drum out their customer communications, I could understand.

    But we tell them what casino we are coming from, what the user name is etc.

    Let it be 30 or 50 casinos, you could have them all with details on a sheet of paper (that would be my high tech trick to do the job).

    1 of the things was I asked support about documents needed... they told me the same thing "if we need them we will ask"

    now with me I live in the uk... theres no such thing here as a "government" issued ID card". I dont have a passport as I have never been overseas and I dont drive thus no driving licence.

    I do have my birth certificate however which not only shows my DOB but my address when I was born which is the same as my address now. I asked if this could be sent to them and accepted... they gave the same answer "If we need documents we will ask and you can tell us you are sending your birth certificate" .... what good is that though?

    say I did make a deposit. Then they they dont accept my birth certificate? Not only would I forfeit £100 no deposit winnings but also probably lose my deposit. At best I would have my deposit refunded however there will be charges from the payment processor so I would be losing money

    after your post I am happy to deal with VRC.

    But to keep complaining, now it is 1 and half day after requesting payout and there is no feedback yet.

    They positively need my documents for withdrawal. But there is nothing (even checked my non-gaming mail addresses).

    This is why I called this thread "Rival vs. real life". In the beginning I just wanted to nag a little bit while waiting for VRC operations (and i am aware rhat VRC withdrawals take 4-5 business days).

    Nothing, not even a small "order is processed". Nada, niente, zilch after like said 36 hours.

    And here we come to real life. If there is competition out there that a) responds, b) is fun to deal with and c) pays faster than you can think of a redeposit, where would you put your money?

    Like I said before, if it wouldn´t be for Nic and VRC...

    the can pay literally faster than the time it takes for you to pick you chips off the table at a real casino, go to cashier and swap it for notes.

    Response in live support is nearly instant (a few mins at most), as for A) its always fun to deal with them there especially plenty of free tourneys every hour with big chances of winning... iv seen people turn a $10 tourney win into $1000's a few times.

    Since playing there even if a casino takes just 24 hours to pay its not acceptable.. as I mention... if 3dice can do it then any casino can...simple tongue

    it was a few payments from 3dice where i even timed it, $100 cashout to moneybookers, i clicked withdraw, put amount in and moneybookers email, clicked submit, and it then put "paying" by it... i checked moneybookers account and there was the $100... (the win was on fortune falls, i had a signup bonus... bet 50c, got 5 butterflys x600 win, paid out $300, but sadly could cashout $100 max)

    As for VRC, yesterday I mailed Frank (no response), PMed Nic early this afternoon (no responce yet, local time about 11 pm).

    I would like to suggest that we close this thread and I switch from nagging to complaining in the VRC thread.

    We don't always require docs. You will get your payment on time, I also answered your PM within 12 hours.

    just too keep you updated.

    Checked my mail early this morning and had the reply to my PM to Nic as well as CS mail in my box.

    And both said that documents are not always needed. This really surprised me. I know of casinos that do not require a verifiacation deposit, but withdrawing without documents from a Rival (even the good one)?

    Had to PM Nic and to ask again and almost instant reply was "possible".

    Still not really belivieng it, but this might be the progress Nic talked about banking here (and the other forum).

    Stand by for more!
