Rockbet stole 13,600 Pound!

        here is my terrible experience with these folks.

        I opened an account form here. making a 350 deposit and getting the exclusive LCB 700% bonus.

        I won 13,600. On the spot they elevated me for VIP (probably hoping I will lose it all back quickly)

        Next day account is closed. With the shameless joint even emailing me asking to fill in a faxback form for their "generous" giving back of my deposit!


        this is a shame of a place. maybe they pay the small wins, but they have a very grip hold on the larger sums.

        Here is a more detailed report.

        I made a deposit of 350 getting a bonus of 700%
        I played slots winning 13,600.

        I left the game for a day when and they made me VIP.

        The next day I tried a different slot game for a short time to get a feel of the game.

        then came the following email:

        Hello,

        We regret to inform you that your Rockbet Casino account has been
        locked due to suspicious activities taking place on your account. This
        decision is final and will not be reconsidered.

        You have been breaching in violation of our Terms and Conditions:
        http://www.rockbet.com/casino/promotion-general-terms-conditions

        The Terms and Conditions state: "The Casino reserves the right to annul
        privileges to promotions and/or in rare cases suspend a player's account
        and refund any deposits if upon review of transaction records it is
        concluded that the player is applying strategies considered to be
        abusive in nature."

        Your deposit will be refunded shortly.

        the sad part is,  regardless of who is at fault,  the casino can lie and say whatever they want to get out of paying on anyone...that is why the terms and conditions are so full of crap.....in a court of law, due to their vagueness,  they would all get tossed into the trash can

        Dabigdog - it does really matter whose fault it is. We have a member who made a post and we have a rep on board. So it is an issue to get to the bottom of it and clarify why Rony's account is locked. I know what you are saying though sometimes casinos can make up rules as they go along or have no rules at all to back it up and simply say "our discretion".

        Like 2fast said we don't know the "whole story" to make a judgement quite yet. I am hoping it is a fluke and settled quickly.

        you are correct lips,  i hope too that the casino steps up right away and responds so we can figure all the facts....i just hope they step up....and respond....as we all hope it can be settled quickly.    perhaps alot of the other reps that are not proactive, or avoid, complaints have made me wrongfully biased....lets just hope and see how this plays out

        well, something similar happened to me but at river nile MG, they told me for every 300 in wagger i would get 10 real cash, ive checked 20 times my balance when betting for 2 hours never got those 10 or 20, i betted a lot more than 300, and the casino said to me to check the playcheck facility , there is nothing there, and the chat miss told me she cant do anything she said i played the added money, where it was never added to my balance... but whatever... sometimes u cant do anything, u go and deposit and trust and u get scammed sometimes... now they are asking me to another deposit... i betted 1.60 dollars for 2 hours and never got any 10 or 20 to my real cash... but anyways, ill go to playtech for now, MG river nile is like they joked me. And i cant do anything about it, its the same for all casinos online, the house always have a term where u always lose.
