  • Im having problems getting Rome Casino to acknowledge my withdrawal request I have since played at other casinos and cashed out and got my winnings. Does anyone have any info on Rome Casino? i think that i might get beat out of my money.

  • I have to tell you Rome is the best of the Top Game sites.  I should know I have played at many of them.  I admit it takes me 5 weeks to get paid from Rome into my usemywallet account but my god other than that dealing with customer service and finance departments is painless.  I think I will start a new thread on "my guide to Top Game sites.

  • I just want to thank all of you for your responses. I will be contacting Noah@romepartners.com for a status of my withdrawal request. I do think that Rome Casino could improve in the manner in which they communicate. After I made the withdrawal transaction, a message prompted and said that someone would contact me shortly. I have yet to hear anything from Rome Casino. After two days passed, I contacted live chat and was told that I would get an email. Its been two days since I was told I would get the email and I have not received any acknowledgement from Rome Casino. I also noticed that Rome Casino did not confirm when I deposited money with them, unlike the confirning emails that I have received from other casinos that are also RTG. I won money from one RTG casino the day after I won at Rome and I have already received my money and a non RTG casino that I won at on the same day confirmation my deposit was received and I have since received confirmation my withdrawal request went through and I will have my money on Monday. If Rome Casino's process is slow, then they should communicate this to players rather than ignoring customers and leaving them hanging, especially after telling a player that he or she would be contacted and then no one contacts the player.   • I just want to update everyone I have not received any word regarding my withdrawal request from Rome Casino since I made my withdrawal request on Nov 15th.  I did get an email from someone who called himself a VIP and was asking for a deposit on one of its casino bonus offers. I felt insulted after receiving the email so I went into the casino and chatted with "Roger" who was helpful and he told me to send my ID and utility bill to finance@romepartners.com. That's something someone could have and should have told me more than a week ago. So I will be sending in my info to Rome Casino and now it is wait and see what happens Thanks again to all who responded to my post. ciao Lostflower 

  • Lostflower, I apologize I thought you sent your documents in.  I have played at Rome many many times and Roger is one of the best customer reps. you will find.  What I dont understand is why you didnt receive an email from Jennifer in finance the day after you set your withdrawal up telling you what documents you needed to send in and where to send them.  I am telling you the truth it takes 5 weeks for me  to get my money.  My October 19th is still listed as pending.

  • gunnylab, I sent my documents in. I chatted with rep Guy during the week and he said I would be contacted by the weekend about my withdrawal. No one contacted me about my withdrawal. Instead I received an email from Rome Casino asking me for a deposit regarding one of their bonus offers. I feel insulted to say the least. Like I am supposed to acknowledge their request for my money but they dont acknowledge my request for a withdrawal of my winnings. This is customer/player abuse. I think other blogs and forums may be correct. This is a rogue casino. So what if Roger is a nice guy? Does that mean that I am suppose to roll over and play dead and pretend that they aren't treating me this way? This is the only casino that has never acknowledged my deposit, does not confirm my withdrawal, does not confirm they received my documents and has left me in limbo not knowing what to expect. It is poor customer service to say the least, no matter how long or how short of a time it takes to get paid. There are other issues involved. Honesty for one. I made my request several weeks ago. I have since been told been repeatedly that someone would contact me. No one has contacted me other than to ask me for more deposits. Then I was just told by Guy today to send an email to finance if I had any questions. If Rome Casino has not ackowledged all the other emails I sent, they certainly are not going to respond to my next email, either.

  • Lostflower, send me your screen name and real name in a private email thru here and let me see if I can use my connections to try and help you.  Oh, also tell me the method of withdrawal you chose.  My withdrawal is being paid to me this coming week.  I am only trying to help you if you want me to. 

  • Lostflower, If/when you get paid. Avoid all Top Game Casinos. They are pretty much one in the same. For someone to recommend them and thinks its okay to wait 5 weeks to get paid. That should tell you something about that person. Most decents casinos will pay you in a few hrs up to 48hrs. Not 5 weeks. Top Game is not worth the hassle or trouble. They are underfunded and are borrowing from Fred to pay Ted.

  • Ok, Chocolatewhatever I will try and keep my cool here so Zuga doesnt punish me.  Besides wanting to tell you to go do something to yourself I will try and explain something to you.  I am bored with rival software and have no chance at rtg sites.  I chose top game sites because with my bonuses my playthru is so much better.  Yes they pay alot slower but the odds of withdrawaling is far greater.  If I feel its ok for me to wait 5 weeks its my choice and now u can (the letter after D in the alphabet) yourself.  Zuga, I apologize this *****  on more than 1 thread acts like an ******* towards other members and Ive had enough of this *******.

  • I personally think Top Game casino's are just about the best in the business. Where else can you get a 600% bonus with a play through of 20x and a max cash out of $2500 a week? Nowhere! Also the percentage of payouts per bet are the best I have ever seen. Where else can you win $105 on a .90 cent spin. RARE!

  • gunnylab, I shouldn't have to resort to giving my personal information out to a stranger on the forum. Rome Casino should be made to take responsibility for its own actions or lack thereof. I have not come across any problems with other Top Game or RTG casinos. I just dont appreciate all the BS about someone contacting me with regard to my withdrawal request when they know full well that no one is going to contact me because its a game of chase them for my money. They are very careful and go out of their way not to have any documented evidence that they have received money from me, that they are acknowledging that I won money and that my withdrawal request is being processed. They also do not provide an opportunity for the player to get a copy of the chat transcript. Very controlling. I do want to thank eveyone for their responses but I am going to have to agree with chocolateman because his statement was my thoughts exactly about what is going on. Quite frankly, if the casino can't afford to be in business, it shouldn't be in business. I just do not know how it can be in business operating the way it does by making people wait to get paid because they have to wait to have enough money deposited and have to get enough profit for themselves before they pay the player. Unfortunately, these are some, but not all, of the reasons why the US prohibits anyone from operating on line gambling sites in the US.  Lostflower

  • Thanks Jacob exclamation!  I asked you because I thought it might be Yes We Can and Blacklights.  I got 500% whenever i wanted to play there if I didnt have a better email promotion bonus.  Everything was going so smooth at those 2 places.  Both are owned by the same company.  I received my withdrawals up until the middle of August in 3 weeks.  All of a sudden they wouldnt pay me in over 9 weeks.  Finally they told me my account was sent to security and fraud department for inconsistencies.  I played my account down from $1,500 to $270 because I figured they were going to make up some reason not to pay me.  A few weeks ago I talked to customer service and told them I couldnt play there anymore because I did nothing wrong and to avoid paying me they decided to send my account to the s and f department.  They found I did nothing wrong paid me in a few days and blocked my access to both my accounts which was fine with me.

When I won the money, I called the live support toll free number to question whether I made the playthrough and I was told that I made it and that I was specifically told that I was eligible to withdraw the winnings. I have been on the customer chat several times with reps and they have told me that I am eligible to withdraw. I was also told during chat that my documents are fine. This was all after chasing after them for a status or to find out if everything was in order. I am now being told that the amount I requested to withdraw did not cover their withdrawal fees. Yet again, their is no official contact or email from the casino alleging this, only a live rep saying so on chat that doesnt allow you to email or print out a record of the chat.  Originally, there was no mention of a $50 fee to withdraw funds. Suddenly, since I came on this forum questioning their ethics, there is an issue and suddenly its all my fault. I cancelled the withdrawal request and purposely played through the money because I will never play at Rome Casino again. Rome Casino is lucky that I didnt look at the optional way of reversing my money and that would have been by contacting the third party depositor and having them reverse the money back into my account based on their fraudulent practices. There is something very unfair and deceptive in the manner in which Rome Casino conducts business. I really don't care if anyone disagress with me because my post is about my bad experience with them. I have found that other players have had similar experiences. Lostflower.

    As I've stated avoid TOP Game casinos. And don't listen to the shills here. I can't believe there are people here. That deposits at Virtual Casino group, But they do. So take this as a lesson learned, and learn from it. AVOID!!!
