SOOOOO....I log in, contact support, and copy/paste the email. The rep "ALEX" TELLS ME it is only for depositing players and I need to make a deposit now to claim it!
Then he says "want to make that deposit now?"
I say" No thank you. If I make a deposit here, it will have to be after the holiday"
Then ALEX SAYS," OK. BYE. HTG."

I'll tell you what....I am FUMING right now. No where in the email did it say anything about for depositing players only. And b/c I wasn't making a deposit w/them right then & there, he cuts me off like that???!!!!! It's going to take a darn good offer for me to even consider re-downloading their software again!
