        Just noticed that every RTG I am hitting is saying "It appears you haven't played here before" and this is on all the RTG's I have, including the solid ones (Rushmore) and the like.

        Anyone else having issues??

        I just checked several of mine Gene, and I am having no issues as of now.

        You never know though, could be yet more updates on the way.  :-\

        No problems here.  Rusmore, Titan and iNetBet I checked - all OK.

        Dang, hope this is not due to a virus. Every single RTG I have has lost the info that they had. I redownloaded a couple and the same thing is on them too.

        Going to be a PITA if I have to contact them for the logins....Reminds me to have a backupfile for such...Dang it!

        I checked 5 of my RTG's again...All have lost all info...DAMN IT!!

        (Sigh) Guess I'll start rebuilding my portfolio... Could be a good thing, no bad (Rogue) RTG's will be saved.

        OK, so far I have gotten Titan, Intertops, Jackpot Capital, Inetbet and Rushmore back.

        The funny thing was in Rushmores case, they quite didn't either "Get it" or went to another zone of mental obscurity.

        I emailed them, they replied "Please send us your user name, password and we'll get this fixed" (First and last digits/letters for password, which I did remember)

        I sent the reply "I just need my login name, nothing more, don't you want my money?"

        They replied "Here's your login in name, your password is incorrect...blah, blah, blah" I tell you, I want some of what they smoke on break.  :P

        All is well, waiting for the others (Hopefully) to respond.

        But in any case, let this be a lesson to all other members DON'T DOWNLOAD LUCKY 18 THEIR CASINO WILL SCREW UP ALL RTG'S

        Hi Genenco.  I'm not sure if it's related {probably not}  but just thought that i'd mention it. For the past couple of days I've had trouble logging into winpalace account. I have to go to live chat each time, I get no explanation. Today they told me something to do with security and would take a day to fix. Well 30 minutes later I got back in. Don't know what it means?

        .....and keep a list of your login names as a word doc or .txt file.
