        I'm waiting for payout from 25 jul 2012, wrotted few emails(first 25, second 31, third 5 aug) to ruby royal support, still did not received any answer, chat operators don't know anything about withdrawals and after few sessions just locked my ip(after I asked about company which gave them licence to write complaint), so I can't even open live chat (already send documents and made deposit) If it is possible please help me to get my payout or add this casino to black list

          Hi esilinev and welcome to the forum.

          This casino is regulated by Curacao Gaming Commission, under the jurisdiction of the Government of the Netherlands Antilles.  Ruby Royal is a member of CIGA (Curacao Internet Gaming Association) through its master licensee Antillephone NV.

          Looking at their T & C, I couldn't see a timeframe for withdrawals.  If this is your first deposit, chances are they will make you wait a min of 10 business days before even considering processing your withdrawal.  Since you made the withdrawal, there have been 9 business days so I would give it at least a few more days before complaining to the regulators.

          The fact that they have blocked your IP address is not a good sign though.

          Hey esilinev this is rival and if you took too many bonuses or at a another rival casino they team up and will lock you out. It has happened to me and could be the reason they locked your account. If thats why you should still get paid regardless.

          They did not locked my account, they locked only chat, I already made deposit if they will not pay it will be stealing, received email with apologize from their support(still waiting for payment), guess everything will be ok.
