        Ruby Slots - 12/19/12 i contacted chat and got a 150% bonus. I deposited 50.00 usd via my cc. Playthrough was 30x slots only no max cashout. I made playthrough and had $1000 to withdraw. I contacted support and was told to select courior delivery thats for usa players. I did the $1000. Also i was asked to email scannef copies of my id credit cards used and a utility bill matching my address. I did this also immediatly. The next day i read on anothet forum that this casino ruby slots is a part of a bad group called virtual casino group. That they delay withdraws and try to find petty reasons to not payout wins. I contacted chat. He said that rival casinos mske up bad posts in forums. I said some peoole claim their withdraw takes 1 month. He said That's true, they take about a month...

        gosh, as long as you get it...and in case your withdrawal sits there tempting you to reverse it, ask them to flush it for you.

        that means they remove it from your balance, but it's not yet ready to be sent out. 

        I hope you have no other problems but having to wait until 2013.  congratulations!!!

        i can tell you this.  I made playthrough on their initial $50 no deposit bonus and withdrew $100, the max that was allowed.  After my documentation was approved, they approved the withdrawal - that was on Nov 12.  I still don't have the money.

        They're telling me the money is with the processor for payout, so it's just a waiting game now.  I won't be depositing there in the future.

        I just don't get why it would take a month to be paid!  A withdrawal should be approved right away if they have your documents AND what you withdrawal should immediately be taken from your balance and gone from your account. If you are withdrawing via ACH or wire, it should NEVER take more than a few days to receive your funds.  They have no problem taking your money and they sure should not have a problem when it comes time to pay either.  Such nonsense.

        Dude in chat claims 10 days for their payments processor, then 10 days for fedex delivery... and i guess a week for my docs...

        I agree and this is what's stopping them from being somewhat decent casinos. 30 days is far too long to wait.

        That is not cool at all lhasa! What i don't understand is this is a brand new casino in the Virtual Group and they had an opportunity to really redeem themselves here. Sounds like it is the same old song dance.

        If it takes a month that is a long wait but as long as they pay at that time and players are aware of it when making a deposit. But your now on 6 weeks and what are they telling you with this delay?

        Yes, this is garbage, and I told them they absolutely failed their "timeliness" test when I wrote them yesterday..

        I then got an email shortly before noon today with the tracking info.  The check just went out yesterday via FedEx, and should be delivered by Monday.

        If I were you, I would sit on that check for at least a month before I would even consider spending any of th money.  To delay 6 weeks, then after you file a complaint.  Magically pay up, yeah I would be waiting for a bit to make sure that check doesn't bounce.  Especially if it's from one of those foreign bank accounts.

        Suppose to receive a check by fedex about Jan 22. They took out the bonus money, check was reduced by $155. I guess thats in the rules though. Hope I see that check soon, amex is due.

        I got my check on the 31st.  Strangest check I've ever seen with no addresses for the company or the bank, but whatever.  My bank took it & it cleared.  I won't be depositing here.
