Rushmore Casino SLOW Payments

When I first started with Rushmore they were quick with payouts (maybe because they were a couple $100 withdrawals). But on 7/9 I requested a withdrawal of $5500 and last week I received half of that. They have a $4000 a week max withdrawal policy. But I contacted them today and they said next week I should have the rest. Idk but its been 3 weeks exactly, most likely wont get my money til middle or end of next week. 4 weeks for an 'accredited' casino? Idk..

I requested a mere $180 from Rushmore almost 72 hours ago via usemywallet.  I checked with live chat just now and he said they were experiencing "delays" with usemywallet.  When I asked why he told me to send an email to Steven Brookman in withdrawals.  I did that just now so we will see what he says.

This is way too long to wait for a measly $180. I was going to deposit at cherry red, but will not now.  I will stick with the ones that have given timely payments.

Yea I withdrew twice before and they were both in my usemywallet account within a day. But over 3 weeks, its rediculous in my opinion. I really dont know if I will be playing there again, at least not anytime soon.

I have played Rushmore for almost a year.  (Slots Oasis and Cherry Red are sister sites.)  They generally pay well....but...they have periods of delay.  The eventually pay up, but it is a huge pain and is very frustrating.  From what I hear, they rework their payout agents from time to time.  In other words, they keep things moving around for perhaps legal or tax reasons.  You know, stay a moving target!  I once had a month delay with them, but they did pay.

I put in a $500 payout with EwalletXpress on July 27.  Aug 1 now, and I am still waiting.  I contacted then on chat and they said they were slow.  No kidding.  My theory is when online casinos tell you this, they are simply waiting to reach certain cash levels before they pay out.

got the rest of my 5500 on july 30. requested withdrawal on july 9th...

another thing, when i requested payouts of like $100-$200 it was fine, then i request a quite larger one, and they all of a sudden have delays. I really think casinos do it on purpose so we get fed up and redeposit our withdrawals only to lose it all. Its happened to me before.

That's why I always like Microgaming casinos. I'd make a WD then call them and have them "Stash" the WD so I couldn't see it, nor could I reverse the WD.

can or will RTG do that upon request? or any other casino for that matter??

Hey Tommy, I think microgaming casinos are the only ones that do that.  It doesn't hurt to ask, all they can say is no.  Good luck with your payout hun.

Rushmore is still in a "delay."  I am having trouble with some withdrawals to Ewalletxpress.  I will keep you all informed.

Rushmore (Cherry Red and Slots Oasis are sister sites) is continuing to state they have delays.  I am waiting on about $1G from these sites to my ewallet express.  They told me 24-48 hours it would be transfered.  But.....that is what they told me a week ago!  Grrrrr!

Yeah, they seem to eventually pay.  When I started playing these sites payouts were fast, even bank wires.  Now, they seem to go through periods where the grind to a halt.  The issue I have is the BS.  You get told it will be 24-48 hours for weeks!  Oh well...it is the price I pay for not having to drive to Atlantic City!

Still waiting.  Again, I have been told "24-48 hours" for the last couple of weeks.  I did nag them into giving me a free $15 chip, however!  Burned through it 5 min!

Yeah, they do pay, but it takes from two to five weeks.

The Whole Rushmore Casino Group lost their Accreditation:

Here is what happened:  just a few days ago, a member in another forum reported that he was locked out of his casino account at Rushmore. It turns out that his account was considered "dormant" since it had been nearly two years since he last logged into his account. The casino, like many others, has a policy stated in their terms and conditions that accounts that have no activity for over 180 days are closed and the player forfeits his balance. This player supposedly had 1-2k still in his account - and now it's gone. The thing is, the casino never made an attempt to remind the player that the account was approaching dormancy. They just closed his account and that was that. They stated that they were not going to budge on this.

Bummer...Rushmore used to be one of the good ones! 

Wow.  Not good.  I am wondering why he/she would let that kind of money sit there for so long.  Forgot?

Right...I used to play about about a dozen online casinos, but now I am just going to narrow it down to my 3 or 4 favorites.

I went in and emptied my registry one day of a lot of old crap that I didn't want left on my computer...I thought all the casinos were gone once I uninstalled them.

There they all were, I had a list of well over 100 of them...what a sicko.

All your usernames, passwords, etc. are in there.  I left a few I might ever want to play in again, and deleted the rest.

I am with you doc...now I only play at a few...mostly 2 on a regular basis, unless I get a very good offer from someone else.

Makes it easier to add up the loyalties, and customer service is better this way too.

Nal....there is certainly enough track record out there.  If you get screwed by one casino, I would say DON'T mess with them again.  Apparently, it is a VERY competative field.  We should all make that work for us.
