        I just tried to log onto Rushmore casino and this screen pops up and say "You are not allowed to log on, call CS for assistance"

        What gives??

        Hi,

        And did you call CS??
        can be multiple reasons, maybe your from a country that is not allowed to play, or maybe you have duplicate accounts??

        Call their CS and then you will know soon enough i think.

        First of all, I have ONE account with them THANK YOU.
        Second I HAVE played with them but no longer deposit.

        I have emailed them, I don't HAVE to call thank you. Sheesh...

        There was an upgrade when I just logged in and I wonder if your upgrade stalled Genenco.  I had no problem logging in.
