I just found out that I'm excluded from redeeming any coupons at Rushmore and its sister casinos.  I love Rushmore, but I problly just play their tournie from now on.

did they say why TAA? I also love Rushmore but I am starting to wonder about them. Their payouts seem to be longer and longer and now this.

yes, i was curious also as to why?  also...has anyone withdrawn from rushmore lately....it used to be 48 hrs flat but now how long is it??

my last ewallet withdrawal was about a week and I am still waiting on a wire transfer which took 1 week to approve and then they said another 6-10 business days to get to my account - wire transfers used to be 8-10 days total and ewallet was within 2-3 days

their payouts were back to normal long ago.  My $2000 withdrawal was in my usemywallet in 3 business days two week ago and my $1050 withdrawal was in my usemywallet also in 3 business days.  Withdrew on last sunday, it was in my acct on this last wed.  Why they exclude me from their promotions?  I guess it was because I made many withdrawals with them in the past, and had two consecutive big withdrawals the last two weeks.

I don't get why any casino does this. In the end they are the only real loser. In reality don't you think that they are at an advantage when players take the bonus vs a straight deposit? Having to go thru WR is a lot tougher to cash out with a bonus.

I personally love this group. I would contact them taaa and see whats up. It is well worth the effort.

I think as far as the slower pay outs it is all the processor problems these casinos are having. I am seeing slower payout times all over. Esp since EWX went under to the US market.

I was excluded from all promos and comps also  :'(...but you know what I've found that I've won more because I don't have a playthrough. Just cashed out 1100 in one week from them . I'm still sad though cause I can't claim all the comps that i've accumulated.

Rushmore group won't let me play at their casinos at all... sounds like that might not be all bad?! 

When I first started online gambling I signed up at Rushmore... had trouble making a deposit with my credit card (I think that my bank blocked it because I am a US player and back then I did not know the ins and outs of depositing).

The upshot was that Rushmore banned me, saying I had a "dispute" with them... I tried to find out what they considered a "dispute" but they would not tell me... and I only think it was the attempted deposit cause that is all I had done with them and never had words or confrontation with anyone there...

Since then I have been banned at 2 sister sites and both said it was because of this "dispute" I had with Rushmore... they also would not tell me what this dispute was supposed to have been about, but I could not deposit with them then or ever...

Can't say I think much of their dispute resolution abilities...  >:(

I play here now and again would be nice to get a rep on board to shed some light. That really sux guys.

I'd say that is really dumb on their part to take it away from taaadaaa. He is a moderator here and offers exposure to his play time.

silly indeed, as said before casinos doing this are the only 1's losing out...

someone can have a big/massive win, get paid it and then be bonus banned.

Potentially what would happen normally? the player would usually go back there for more and their balance could well soon be drained back into the casino.

When they bonus ban that player however they will probably not deposit there and spend the money that they won at a competitor casino... surely the casino would want their money back?

If you win as much as Taadaa, casinomanagers often get nervous and forget about the maths.
Non-cashable bonuses cant be profitable in the end, not for the player I mean.

From Inetbet I can understand that they bonusban players, as their bonuses are cashable and have a relatively low WR.
All other RTG bonuses are usually only good for extended playtime, except when your name is Taadaa, lol!

Still I always take bonuses on my deposits, and often regret it.
Like last week when I played at Titan with a 188% match.
Hit 2 big ones on Mystic Dragon within my first 100 spins, won over 400.- from those on 0.50 spins.
Then I had to complete 1600.- in wagering and saw my balance melt like a snowball in a volcano.
Went back to Mystic Dragon with only 70.- left and got extremely lucky, hit it again for almost 300.- so I could cash out this time, but it was close.
