Secret rival database no one probably told you about

        Ok so we all know about this lovely bonus ban system in place.  What if I were to tell you that there is one more database in place that could cause a headache less a major issue if you ever get put into it.
        Well it's called the Fraud database.
        Apparently Rival casinos maintain a database of completely blacklisted players because they had one issue with another Rival at one time or another.  Either it be they didn't like the play so charged back to the casino, did an accidental charge back because they didn't recognize the company name, or even performed an NSF or closed account check with eWalletExpress.
        Well to give you a bit of back story.  I had owed on a credit card for a while because I went jobless for about 9 months.  So I couldn't pay.  Well they got mad and decided to get a judgement against me.  Fine go ahead because I have nothing to garnish.
        Well now that I have a job, I found out when I went to go deposit some money into my bank account that apparently this company had a hold on my checking account for a few thousand.  Meaning that every penny I deposited up to the few thousand would be taken directly from my checking account and sent to them until the debt was settled.
        Well that sounded absolutely fantastic. (Not really but you get the picture) I had already told eWalletExpress later that day the funds would be there no issues, no questions asked.  Well apparently it takes 2 business days for them to come get there money.  During that 2 business days my credit card company had snatched up the money I had deposited for eWalletExpress.
        Now here comes the fun part.  I went to play at Mayan Fortune for my first time.  Well I had won a few hundred and cashed out successfully.  No issues, no questions asked.
        Well during this time apparently eWalletExpress had found out that so called money that I had promised wasn't there.
        Well now because of this they send me a nice little e-mail telling me to deposit the funds into my bank account, and they'll try again in a few days.  Well I call the bank to find out that my account had been garnished this whole time and so because of the garnishment.  Any money that went in to create a positive balance would actually go towards this credit card.
        Well wait a minute this gets better.
        So this EWX gives up and tells Mayan.  Well he's a deadbeat, we never got our money.  So you don't get yours.  Well I had also won a few days later on Rockbet.  Low and behold all of a sudden I get a nasty gram from Rockbet informing me that my account had been locked.  My withdrawal had been reversed and until me and EWX came to an agreement I wouldn't be able to play there any further.
        Well now it's been a fun few months battling it out with EWX and Mayan trying to pay them back. EWX won't take a money order until the account is closed, and Mayan won't take an alternative to paying back over EWX because they want it back via EWX no other method.  Hell I'll even send them a wire from my girlfriends account if needed.
        So long story short.  I figured being all frustrated after fighting with this for a few months.  I finally would e-mail a rep here and see if I could get helped out with this situation and would see if he had any ideas.
        So the only response I got back was him being sorry that I was having issues with another Rival.  Yet now get this yet.  I was welcome to deposit with them using an alternative method.  He said my play at there casino wouldn't be affected because they didn't care about what other Rivals thought.
        Fantastic I thought.  I can go back to playing Rival over these really tight RTGs that so seem to love taking my money.
        Well upon my first deposit I win.  So I think this is really why I loved Rival from the beginning I can win.  Plus with my previous win from iNetBet I figured I can finally just pay this credit card off in full without having to make anymore payments to them, and also get this garnishment removed from my account.
        well now I'm being told because I'm still in this lovely database for not being able to resolve this issue with EWX or Mayan.  That my withdrawal has been halted, reversed and my account has been locked until I can get EWX or Mayan to take some form of payment to resolve my NSF.
        So to end such a long story.  I just feel burned because the rep had made a clear invitation to play despite knowing in full well I was having an issue at that point.  I just wish more reps would get there head out of the bag of money every once in a while and actually help a player.  Especially when asked such a sensitive question.
        Now don't go asking what Rep or what casino.  I feel there well liked enough that it's probably not in my interest to go trashing them.  Considering what they did was just standard protocol, but still just doesn't seem right.
