  • I have been talking alot lately about Lock Casino and for a very good reason.

Yes i have had some luck there and they have the most important things we as gamblers look for, great customer service and SUPER fast payouts. They also process withdrawls 24/7 none of that "business days and business hours" that most other casinos do.

They also have in there software something called self exclusion which i have only seen at a poker site. It's where you can lock yourself out from playing if you think you need to take a little break.

We have all been there at times when we're on a bad losing streak but we say to ourself "just one more deposit and i'll get even" and we know what usually happens then.

So to me Lock really does care about there customers and once we find a casino that meets our needs we stick with it and living in the USA theres only a few RTG casino's that we trust and for me this is the tops.

  • Nice. Good info Ton.  I went through that streak before, but then I quit trying to quit gambling. lol.

  • I am sure all of us gamblers have done that before as well.

I just LOVE your little Stewy avatar, that's one of my favorite shows. I'm a grown man that watches that cartoon.

  • Nothing's wrong with being a big kid. I am too!! Family Guy is a ritual in my house.

I found him online, thought it was awesome how they 'uncartooned' him to look real. He's kindda creepy looking, BUT oh, SO CUTE!  tongue

  • Great info Tony.

I am aware of another site that allows you to "self exclude" and that would be Gala Casino.  I have never played there but a friend of mine told me she self excluded herself because she was gambling too much.

    Hi Acgofer,

I deleted it - there were 5 of them all over the place.

  • a lot of casinos are adopting that now... look at 3dice as well, you can limit your yearly/weekly/monthly deposit amounts (even to $0)

sites like Betfred on the other hand however... pfffttt... they rip you off, take your money then as soon as you want to be self excluded or have your account removed guess what? they ask you to email support instead of contacting live support, then you must provide signed deposit forms and proof of identity... i mean wtf? youve just lost money and dont want to play there anymore, im sure nobody would want to be digging about all these documents so they can close their account...

its completely a tactic where people who have lost control of their gambling may find it too much hassle to close their account and thus maybe slip up and gamble there again

  • I like that option of "self exclusion"

It does seem like the casino cares about the players, and not just the all mighty money$.

Thanks for the info Tony. I play at Lock now, but have not run across that screen.

Good feeling knowing if I need to take a break, that option is there for me.

  • Thanks for the info Tony. I play at Lock now, but have not run across that screen.

If you go to the cashier section and click on the triangle that says "responsible" and you will see it.

  • There's a nice article about Responsible gambling. (old link removed)
