Sent in docs and was told it takes 2 or 3 business days to approve???????????

Anything related to casinos, casino games, new casinos, tournaments etc.

        This is a new one on me I can't even withdrawl from the casino so it would be at least pending. But no their it sits waiting for me to pick a game! I thought Slots Oasis    was one of the GOOD casinos. It does have 4 stars. Could someone (BLUE) please find out what is going on with this group. It does not make alot of sense. And the lame excuses are getting really old.

        For me it took two hours to get my documents approved and they are usually a good casino.
        Right now no one seems to be paid from that group because of some technical issue. I just hope it is not a serious problem with the processors. A few have been waiting over a month, but they assure that everyone will get paid. Don't lose the money. They will pay you

          They took a little over a week to approve my docs with each of the rushmore group.  And that was before the issues that have been going on with over a month of not paying out too customers. 

          Probably going to just have too be patient...Even if your docs were approved you'd be waiting for your withdrawal.  I've heard they've told customers they were going to start processing after the new year, so hopefully that's true.

          There's more information about the issues their having on a few other sites.  I'm sure a search would bring them up.

            Hi Judi,

            As suspected the rep I normally deal with is away however, another rep has responded in his place.

            This is the reply:

            "Yes that is correct although you can let them know that they don't need to wait until they request a withdrawal to send the docs. This can speed up the process a lot."

            So the answer to your question is that the time delay given to you is correct.  I guess you can do no more than wait it out until you receive confirmation of approval.  As you know, you cannot make a withdrawal until your docs are approved and this is standard practice with this group.  As soon as your docs have been given the all clear you can make your withdrawal.

            Good luck with the wait.

            See their all starting to do this, ive told this site about this coming, but they do nothing.lets see their honesty documents before we deposit into these casinos see we have no one watching our backs.

            I posted this in another thread.  But cherry red processed my withdrawal today.  Not sure why they waited almost a month...But they did process it.  I'm really worried about making any deposits into rushmore group now though.  Going to take my money elsewhere for a while until I know everything is back to normal.

            And marty, I agree with you to a point...There is something serious that needs to happen with these casinos to get them to start straightening up their act.  Whether it be the websites that promote them or the people that continue to put their money into them, something needs to be done. 

            But, the way your coming across sounds like your bashing LCB, whether you intend to or not.  This site is very helpful to it's members..If you stick around long enough you'll figure that out.   I do agree that more could be done, but too what extent?  I could probably spend all day writing about it and not cover everything I'd like to say.

            Really the sad thing is, especially for US players, the good online casinos are few and far between.  I've had countless issues come up when trying to withdrawal online.  Almost every casino I've signed up with through LCB.  But with patience and being good at bugging the right people I've gotten paid the full amount with all but 2 casinos.  (supreme play and aztecasino)  Of course I've had to seek out help from other websites in the past too get my withdrawals as well.

            If there wasn't as large of a profit involved as I've had this year I would have dropped online gaming completely.  But honestly for me it's been well worth the hassle of getting docs approved, waiting months and months for payouts and sending multiple emails to as many people as possible to make things happen...

            The thing the casinos, the websites, anyone making money off online gaming needs too realize is if things keep going in the direction they are, the profit is going to end up going away for everyone.

              Most casinos require proof of ID - a true gambler knows this as should you.  If you didn't, you do now.

              I have to say marty, you;ve not had a pleasant word to say about LCB or it's staff and I'm very disappointed.  All the staff on this forum work hard and long hours to bring you the best exclusives, assistance whenever it can be given and an ear if you have a problem.  I really don't get how you can say that anyone who signs up to a casino through LCB is easy pickings.

              Admin will decide whether you get booted or not and it would be for your behaviour and nothing else.  You obviously know that you have been out of order or you would never have written what you did.

              I think you need to calm down, think about what you are writing before you write it and maybe read a few of the 140,000 posts on the forum.

              I come here everyday to check out new posts, which casino's are having issues or great bonuses , best ways to deposit for us customers, all the casinos listed here are listed on every other gambling portal.  I like this one the best , it has a more personal feel to it. Lips and Zuga, Blue and others to many to mention do try and help us with our casino issues all you have to do is post your problem or your great win and they are there helping.  So Martygraw why don't you spend some time just reading this forum and see that they have helped lots of people they would have you too if maybe you were  a little more diplomatic in your approach.
