Just sharing my experience for anybody that is curious:

Deposited $25 at winpalace and took a bonus.  Long story short, was able to request a withdraw for $300 (Would have been more but greed got the best of me).  Submitted my request via ACH and was told it can take 10 days.  I was very good this time and waited.  Day 10 was a Sunday so on Monday morning, I got an email that the withdraw was approved and it would take 5 days.  Checked my balance every day and sure enough....showed up on Friday.  So overall, smooth experience.  I can add winpalace to my trusted list.

        On a side note:
When I requested the withdraw, I specified my new bank account info since I had recently switched banks.  They sent the funds to the bank listed on my original faxback.  They said if I wanted to have it sent to anywhere else, I'd have to resubmit a new faxback with the new bank information and I'd have to wait until the transfer was returned.  Luckily, I still had my old account open so no big deal for me.  I sent in a new form afterwards in case I would be lucky enough to be able to withdraw again.

So the lesson learned here is: Be sure the bank information you submit when requesting a withdraw matches whats on your faxback.  If it has changed, you'll need to submit a new faxback.  I didn't have to include any other information except the new bank info.  I can't speak for anybody else and their experiences.  I can only speak for my personal experience.  I don't know if this is common knowledge to everyone but since I had no idea, I figure I would share it in case somebody else is getting ready to withdraw from them.  Figure I would save you the frustration.

        Happy spinning.....I love this forum!

Thanks for sharing your experience destro.  Sounds like it was a very smooth transaction indeed.

It's good to hear good experiences and a great tip to boot.
