          Had an email offer of 100% bonus from Sierra Star. Made a deposit and didn't get a bonus at all.  There was no online support available so emailed them.  I cannot email from my old address as have new computer, so they said they wanted an email from my original email address.  What difference does this make?  They should have credited the bonus automatically, it came up on their casino screen when I logged in as well.  No reply to this so far and I have spent my £20 deposit as I though I was going to get another £20.  Can anyone suggest what to do?

          Quick update, had advice from therunn3r on no deposit forum and got my bonus.  This is a great site.  Always check for the no deposit bonuses and have had loads!!!  First time to post though and very impressed!!!

          Another update on the saga.  Got the bonus, and won!!  Sent off all my ID and put a withdrawal in.  Asked for confirmation that they received the documents ok, but nothing.  After a week got an email to my old email, which I had requested to change, saying they had not received the appropriate documents so had returned the winnings to my account.  Got on to online support, a rare occasion when it was available, but half way through the conversation it went down, ha, and I haven't been able to get on since despite trying the deposit trick recommended by a member earlier.  I have emailed them my documents again but no reply again to any of the emails I sent.  Anyone had a similar experience and any ideas please?

          be careful with these guys.. shufflemasterlive is another outfit of this bunch i think..

          its the only casino that i have ever been left unpaid.. i won on the nd bonus there made my verification deposit and then nada.. the biggerst run around and lousiest excuses i ever heard. the bottom line, they were honest about telling me in a period of 3 months sorry for the inconvinience we have bank problems or you will be paid soon blabla.. after 6 months i wrote again, and got the same excuse i got right after 1week i requested the cashout

          i also submitted complaint on casinomeister.. they got the same excuses they have sent to me..
          so as they seem to have the need to screw around players for a lousy 100€ i guess thyre dont paid anyone ever. i made several warnings about them here and there you should still find them. always check to which group etc a casino is connected before playing with them. maybe i should send them a mail again to check if my withdrawal will arrive soon

          theyve always an update from their management which also enver came, but i have to say they always replied prompt.. was the only positive about this casino at all..

          anyway i have learned from this... they use the processor called TELLER if you use ewallets.. so be aware maybe they changed it already...

          shufflemasterlive.com sierrastar etc is a big fat ROGUE!
