        Hey, i didnt use a coupon or some bonus promo but trying to get money out of them is like pulling teeth so far i have been mislead lied to and stalled beyond a joke.

        i went through live chat about withdrawing as click2pay was not an option in cashier, and was told to email payouts (11 March 10) and was told to wait 7 to 10 days, after been told its impossible on my first live chat. After waiting to the 20 March was told had to lodge a request through O/N payment..... numerous chats was told 7/10 days not once was it business days..... so yesterdays was told that live chat could not help..but to mail payouts again and they would responds with 24 hours...and yet again no response at all from payouts, so this is twice i was promised a response within 24 hours and twice i have got nothing...

        so almost a month later and countless drawn out discussions with live chat and no end in sight.....

        If i was told it could take a month or 2 for you to see any winnings i would not have deposited......this is a joke...and still have no idea why i have had to wait, after being lied to, mislead, and stalled would be happy just to get my deposits back and not go near the silver oak casino..i have keep all the chats

        It is well known that this casino is rogue and has slow paying, or has excuses left and right...

        To help you, make sure you have your docs in, that you have no multiple accounts, that you have not used any kind of free chips 2 times in a row, that your amount you are cashing out is within their terms and conditions (if you used a deposit bonus and i do see that you said you didn't) these are their main excuses, along with the payment options that are choosen.

        LCB has direct casino support i'd refer you to, but she does not deal with Silver Oak from what i read

        You're not alone theres been many complaints, you can try to get their phone number and try calling them, other then that keep on them as much as you can

        I'm so sorry you are going through this and i do feel your pain.

        Ouch. Silveroak is one of those casinos that I always seem to read problems about. Im not sure if there is a Casino Rep here for that casino. If I were you I would call them, at least once a day and the more live chat sessions you have saved the better. Also email them, and save all emails. I hope you get your cashout, my fingers are crossed for you.

        this casino is TOTALLY ROGUE......i had roughly 4300 withdrawal kicked back and forth for months and then they approved it an then disapproved it and then said the "terms" were not quite right........so then they gave me a free chip and didnt comply again when i won on that.....this casino is the same as slotsofvegas, cool cat, cirrus and all the others.  if there is a casino rep on here i am very curious to hear the 'SPIN"

        On 4/19/10, I opened an account with Silver Oak casino, redeemed a coupon for a free chip as found on latestcasinobonuses.com, and won $440, requesting the maximum $250 payout.

        My request for withdrawal was initially approved, and still shows as approved in my account history. However, Silver Oak maintains that a subsequent free chip request negates their obligation to pay. This reneges what I was informed in two chats with their CSRs.

        I was told that the withdrawals manager made the decision not to pay based on an assumption that I would not make a deposit with the casino. I was also proudly informed that the BBB had no jurisdiction over their rogue operation. I have all recorded in legally recorded phone calls, along with chat transcripts and screenshots of my account history.

        NOTE THAT SILVER OAK'S STATED POLICY ALSO RESTRICTS PAYMENTS OF WINNINGS TO $2,500. IF YOU EVER PLAN TO WIN MORE, AND ANTICIPATE PAYMENT, STAY AWAY FROM THE VIRTUAL GROUP:
