  • Isabelle in the VIP department was very snippy at me today because I have been waiting 20 flipping days for a $800.00 approved cash-out. Good gosh I am pissed. Excuse, after excuse, after excuse, 4-7 business days, then another 4-7day for the bank people, then we are on the final 4-7 to finally be getting a FED-EX tracking number at some point this week.  IS IT ME???

    Why oh why are these customer service reps monitored and better trained? They are the only thing between the player and the casino and it means a lot how players are treated.

    Sorry about your delay in payment i hope it comes soon. Sit tight and let us know when you receive it. Delays seem to be pretty prevalent with lack of processors but i think this casino has a rep for being slowwwwwwwwwww.

  • Hi Guys! I have been working like a dog and want to apologize for taking so long to post. OK. Here is the low-down. I got paid by SilverOak, as promised, on Aug 1st. Cashed the check at a well known bank that shall remain unnamed for the sake of privacy, in the US. NO problem. I regret the nasty remark about Isabelle in the SilverOak VIP Department. She has been awesome to me. In their defense, this was my first cash out with them and I have been told & believe that, subsequent payouts will be faster.

  • I don't know why, but I sent this casino a deposit today.  Started with over 1K including bonus.  The money was gone in no time.  Not one bonus round hit in any of the games.  I think the payout % was about 10 percent.

    I contacted customer support about this and he basically confirmed payout was very, very low.  It was the worst playtime I ever had at any online casino

    Something definitely not right there because that experience was different than just "bad luck".

  • Fixed? I am just not sure. I do not want to believe that RTG would give these guys power to manipulate the machines. I really need an answer to this question as do many honest hard working players.

  • I really don't think the machines are fixed and i say this because of the Random Number Generator. But i do think there is the ability to loosen and tighten up the machines.

    There are definitely some machines that are looser then others. There are some i never ever will touch when it comes to the slots because they never seem to pay or i never hear anyone really win on them.

    I suggest sticking with slots you have had luck on and don't get too experimental with those you don't have much luck on and keep playing it.
