  • Hello i am new to this forum I register to try to imput organization of this forum from listing Casinos like Slot Jungle as to 5 casinos-i beg the difference!!
    You see ..... your opinon matters and thats why people come to you for information and honest recomendations.
    I play in slot jungle for last year, deposit all lot of money,they dont run freebes!
    after wining 2500 in total they send me e-mail i cant redeem their bonuses!!!!!!!
    They punished me for finaly winning???that wasnt part of the plan i guess!
    than menager sent me e--mail that i will be still acquiring comps ,when i try to cash them they refused!!!!!!! not mention even that  you CAN ONLY GET IN 500$ increments on all your winnings.
    And this is reputable place you recomand the players to go huh???
    If this casino still remind on your website as a top10 at least I voice my opinion to warn serious players about their unfair practice!!!!!!

  • Everything that online12 said also happened to me after making my first withdrawal request. It is obviously the norm to cut of deposit bonuses after you first withdrawal. They do need to change their terms to state this and the fact that when you login your "message" box will list bonuses as if they are still available to you, but if you try to redeem is will say something to the effect that "this account is not eligible for this bonus".

    As far as being paid $500.00 increments, they tried to pull that on me also, but forturnately I had kept a copy of my "Chat" that I made prior to depositing the first time in which I asked if my entire winnings would be paid in one payment as I had read player complaints that they were only allowing $500.00 increments.  "Chat advised that I would be in one payment up to (i think they said) $2500.00."

    So I sent a copy of that chat and was paid the entire amount.

    I still continued to make deposits for a period of time and was able to cashin several times for approx 800.00 to 1300.00 despite no bonus.  I emailed promotions and finance and ask that since I was still a loyal player could they take the ban off, reply was no.

    So I have stopped depositing there.

    They still email me deposit promotions and if I login it still shows my available deposit promotions, which really aren't available

    Regarding Comps.  You have to email the finance department and support and they have to redeem them for you.  You can also PM the rep here and he will help you get the comps redeemed.  It is a big hastle and the comps earned per every $1.00 is lower than other RTGS. For instance if comps show as 1400 you won't get $14.00.

I decided close my account with them and they can keep the measly 100$ in comps ,I feel that is the loyalty and reputation what should really matter. They lost my trust as a reputable business and I will be depositing my money elsewhere .

  • Hello Online12 - It is upsetting to me too, although....so far....Slots Jungle has not (Yet) bonus banned me....why? probably because I have not had any wins from them yet....but, Win Palace and Titan bonus banned me, and I did have wins from them. I was also a depositing member at both of them and can honestly say I was not an am not a bonus abuser! It would be sad if I was having the doors shut on me at the landbased casinos I frequent....just because I win from them. Sorry about that happening to you.

  • Cool cat, prism, winpalace, slot jungle, etc. will all bonus ban you after making withdrawl from deposit that included bonus.

  • by the way, i've always thought it was very unfair for new players coming to this site and see winpalace and slots jungle as top rated U.S. casinos.  I hope these new players visit other sites to find true top rated casinos before depositing at these borderline rogues.

  • I don't find it odd that Winpalace, Slots Jungle and Casino Titan are top rated. They pay as fast via Fedex check as CW does. Not as fast as Liberty Slots however. The payout seems to be inline with other top RTGs.
    The only issue is them not explaining payouts, vip level, etc.They should be  upfront regarding their payout procedure for new players. But I always ask Support regarding payout rules before I ever deposit the first time and save a copy of the chat so that I have no issues if I win. With few casinos left in the US player market, I think this group is reputable and........I would not put them in the same group as Slots of Vegas, Cool Cat, Etc.

    Perhaps LCB should post the new player payout rules  since the casino group does not. And, perhaps Daniel should bring this problem to the attention of casino management.

  • I have had a few cashouts with Slots Jungle, and all of them have been with a deposit bonus. I just cashed out last night with $1,000 off of a deposit bonus. Knock on wood, they haven't bonus banned me yet!

    I've never had any problems with them not paying me, and they aren't any slower at paying than most of the others. Although, I don't recall seeing an option to get a check sent to me. I've always had to do wires.

    I cashedout at winpalace today and wire only option but there was a "note" that they may send it via courier.

    chat advised that it is up to Cashier whether to process as check or wire transfer.

    I will post here how I was paid when I get it.

  • cashed out $175 on a $35 chip that the casino gave me that was attached to part of a deposit bonus ... what really stinks is that I won nothing on the deposit bonus but miraculously hit for over $6000 while playing on the $35 chip .... 5x was all they would pay on the $35 chip.  It only took Slots Jungle 2 days to approve the payout and it was in my bank account via ACH 2 days after that ... and it was the first cashout that I made with them.  So they did pay fairly quickly .... but I have noticed that the slots play very tight when you are playing with deposit bonuses where there is no max cashout and then when you are playing with a free chip that carry a 5X max cashout that the slots seem to be very loose.  Might be just me but I have noticed that alot with them.

    Have one only twice in 3 years at 3 dice, payout too low and comps and bonuses not good. I have played many microgaming until they closed to u.s. players. Play alot at CW and InetBet and used to play alot at English Harbour group before they closed.

    I play at casino that "I" get the highest payout percentages, fast payment good comps and vip monthly bonuses and frequent deposit bonuses with low playthrough.

    So No, I don't seek out rougues.  You play were you get the most  most bang for your buck. I don't rely solely on "Reviews". I deposit based on the experience I have.

    And, I really don't know why you have a problem with winpalace and the rest of their group. I have always had withdrawal approved quickly and received payment quickly. Perhaps others for various reasons have not had the same experience. I rely on winnings to pay bills and have to spend my money where I think I can win.
  • I have a problem with any casinos that intentionally place your winnings back into account so you are tempted to gamble again.  I have problems with casinos that only pay $500 per week and don't let the customers know how to achieve a player level they have communicated on their own website (in this case VIP level).

    I also don't like casinos that bonus ban you after you cashout.  If they don't want you to play with bonuses, then be honest with customer and tell them why they are no longer eligible.  The truth is, they figure you'll keep depositing while you lose so they'll give you bonuses.  Once you beat them, they lower your benefits.

    I try to play where I can win too, but don't want to support these mediocre casinos on the web that try to use every advantage possible to keep your money.  Be honest and truthful with your customers and run a professional business.  If you can't do that, then you shouldn't be in business.

  • I tend to agree with you Casey .... I really dont like the $500 thing ... if a casino is willing to take your deposits in any amount right away ... then they should be prepared to pay out any winnings in full should you win.  It is almost like they are trying to cover any big wins with other deposits they are getting.  Bad Business if you ask me.

  • Yea Trpschick, it's called poor cashflow. They need to limit withdrawls and keep the deposits coming (they get this from the high bonus offers).  Also, by placing the money back into account instead of pending, their betting that you'll play it back and lose all. 

    I'm sure many players do this and it's part of their business strategy and model.  Not reputable by any means.  A business like this is not properly funded and not run by true professionals.  No way should they appear on any top 10 best casino list. 

  • I also find limiting payouts on your first withdrawal to $500.00 without stating this policy upfront to be unacceptable. They should be upfront regarding their payout policies.  That said, has anyone here had then limit the withdrawal amount to $500.00 on their second payout? After my first payout problem that was corrected, at Slots Jungle(see my previous post), I have always been paid my full withdrawal amount at Winpalace, Casino Titan and Slots Jugle.  And I have cashed out many many times.

    Please post if you only received $500.00 payout on your second and subsequent withdrawals from their casino group.
