        Ok Rokko i am a bit confused.

        Let me understand this.  He is pulling up free chips from last year. Don't get what he is implying. You did make a withdrawal since those free chips right? Is he implying you won't get paid because of chips dating back to last year?

        it takes 7-10 business days to get your withdrawal approved, then
        it takes another 7-10 business days for payouts maybe sent.

        I had a small withdrawal there, and it's been 13 business days after the approved date, I still have not received my winning yet.  I contacted livechat twice and met Alex both times, her famous response was "you will get your winning in the upcoming days", upcoming days is when???, I asked her why it's been more than 7-10 business days, but I still haven't received my winning, she said, 7-10 business days is just the estimated days, it could take longer than that, lol.  I knew they are slow in payout, I chose to play with them, I shouldn't be complaining, but at least they should pay their customers out on time, according to their payout schedule, especially we would have to wait for that long (1-2 months)

        I was just composing a PM to the casino rep here, while I saw a new mail from them saying that the withdrawal is approved and should be in my moneybookers account within 4-6 working days.

        Good news is that the casino rep must follow what is going on here on LCB. It defintily wasn´t this CS (should read CBS with B standing for Bull) person.

        if I were paranoid, I would say they have a very nifty scheme:-)

        If you copy/paste the email addy from the conversation, you will have a blank space between the "@" and "s". So your mail goes to Nirvana. That would be really, really mean.

        And they shouldn´t get a warning sign but a FY-sign!

        Let us just hope benevolently that this is only an expression of the intellectual capacities of their customer service.

        contact support in the early morning from 9:00 am-1:00pm eastern time, that's when the payout people show up and usually support will get a straight answer for you or the payout people will step in and answer your questions/issues you have.  If you contact livechat at other time, you won't get the answer for ur questiion, even the PC of  this CS above was not frozen, he/she might just tell you things you already know, like yeah your withdrawal was approved on bla bla bla, it takes 9 months to be approved bla bla, 9 months to get paid bla bla bla.

        Good news!

        Today I received another PM from Niti and my payment was in my moneybookers account.

        I want to thank Niti personally for the support and want to express that I am happy to have him here on our forum.

        But I still do not understand what drives decent casinos to enstrange paying customers with inferior (standard) online support and withdrawal policies that remind you of the early 1990s. Hint: There is some competition  out there:-)
