          Anybody knows why slot power chat is closed for almost 24hrs already?  I also tr4ied emailing them since yesterday but no reply at all.  I have a pending withdrawal with them amounting to 45.21euro.  I was expecting it june29. I request for withdrawal last june19 and it was only approved last june22.

          They told me last june 29 that my withdrawal should be in or reach me june 30 or friday the latest.  Until now no money has arrive.  Any problem with slot power?

          Hi Angel,

          That is strange. I just checked too and it says "closed". I am assuming you are a non US player by requesting Euros. So i don't think it is closed to existing US players as that was my first thought.

          It could possibly be a glitch. I would definitely email them again today.

          Yes I'm not a US player. Up to now i haven't received my withdrawal with such a small amount 45.21euro.

            Looks as if you are going to have to wait until you hear from support. Weekends are never a good time to get an answer.

            Live Chat could of been a bit more helpful or at least more courteous. There is obviously a delay and you mentioned you should receive funds no later then Friday which was just yesterday.

            I would think you will here something back from support soon.

              My withdrawal just arrived.  Have it not for the letter of complaint I sent few hours ago addressed to their manager I guess they will not act on it.

              For just 45.12euro withdrawal, it took them 15days to process and release it.  I'll be having second thought playing in their casino again.  And they just send 45euro, lacking  .12euro.  What a casino.

              Think twice before playing with this casino again.
