Several months ago, I opened up an account with Slot Power (which were Absolute slots at the time).
I took adventage of the $10 no deposit offer and was lucky enough to pass though the wagering requirements and able to cash out $50.
I made the minimum deposit of $25, and immediately withdrawed $75.
About a week later, my withdrawl was denied and $25 were returned to my account.
It seems I commited the terrible crime of playing Craps after I've already passed the wagering requirements (I miscalculated my wagers) and since that promotion didn't allow non slot games, my winning bank was taken away from me.
I withdrew my $25 (which took several days to process).
Slot power are known for giving many no deposit offers, and since then I have taken several.
Last one happend to be on my birthday last week (another $10) and I was lucky to go through the wagering requirements once more (this time playing ONLY slots) and cash out $50.
I was informed today that my withdrawl was denied.
Why? "You cannot play two free chips in a row"..
This little T&C does appear on their website, under the promotion T&Cs article 10 - http://www.slotpower.com/promotions.php#bonus-tac but not in the actual client when choosing this specific promotion.
It does seem like they were in the right on both counts, and yet I feel cheated.
These sort of events leave a bad taste in my mouth and don't attract me to deposit and gamble (in the casino games AND the withdrawls) with my own money.
