I don't have an account there. Infact I've never heard of this casino until now. A good friend of mines. Just called me and he was very angry. He stated while after signing up and playing a ND Bonus. The balance disappeared and he was locked out. After calling support on the phone. An agent told him. That he didn't past their security check, and the decide was from management. My friend told me he explain that he has one account there. No chargebacks at any casinos. Plus he would submit his documents. The agent again repeated it was management decision. My friend then inquiry about the security to check. But the agent wouldn't go into details. Including asking for the manager name. The agent refused and said "We can refuse anyone for any reason. Including black people". And then hung up the phone.
WOW! I asked was he sure. He was positive and mad as hell.
I guess the agent knew his race based on his name...
