Slotastic 'Don't accept new black people'????

        I don't have an account there. Infact I've never heard of this casino until now. A good friend of mines. Just called me and he was very angry. He stated while after signing up and playing a ND Bonus. The balance disappeared and he was locked out. After calling support on the phone. An agent told him. That he didn't past their security check, and the decide was from management. My friend told me he explain that he has one account there. No chargebacks at any casinos. Plus he would submit his documents. The agent again repeated it was management decision. My friend then inquiry about the security to check. But the agent wouldn't go into details. Including asking for the manager name. The agent refused and said "We can refuse anyone for any reason. Including black people". And then hung up the phone.

        WOW! I asked was he sure. He was positive and mad as hell.

        I guess the agent knew his race based on his name...

        i dont know if this has anything to do with anything but i was just getting ready to restart my computer but checked this site and seen this...the reason y i was going to reboot is i was playing a ndb for slotastic and my computer didconnected...when i went to log back into the casino it said i was already signed in..& to wait 10min. & try again or contact cs...

        now this has happened before my computer shut off while i am at casinos and when i sign back in it tells me to try again in 10mins..go back 10mins no problem...but is has been over an hour now..thoughty that if i reboot my computer it will let me in...

        let u know what happens

        I emailed slotastic and asked them about this.Apparently their live help are mainly black people so I don't think it was meant maliciously as suggested. 

        There could be any number of reasons an account is disallowed/blocked such as duplicate accounts, a previous ban for suspicious gambling, free chip abuse and so on.  I'm not suggesting this is the case here but it is very easy to open a duplicate account - I've done it myself without realising.

        Me too, I don't think anyone working in a public position such as casino manager or customer support would even dare to make such an insinuation these days. Especially when some 50% of their player pool and employees is not Caucasian. So, there's gotta be some other reason or a misunderstanding that caused this unpleasant situation.

        I agree with catFace, It doesn't make sense that a customer support representative made that kind of insinuation. There has to be an explanation.
