        First I'd take your personal info out of the post.

        This is just a complaint because you didn't get something for free. Then your going to "warn and protect the players" by posting.  Calm down and relax, it's no big deal that you can't get something for free.  There was no need to throw a tantrum and threaten them with posting at the forum.

        Yeah i agree with BMWSTCK. So u did not get the bonus, big deal. Hardly a warnign material. Also not  cool to threaten them to trash talk them at forums. Thats just wrong. Grow up.

        i have to agree with the members above....my accounts are closed with this group because slotastic did not pay me when I won off the comp points, I had 2 pending cashouts one at grande vegas and the other one here. I closed my accounts at all 3 of their casinos. grand vegas paid me

        Don't play at a casino if you get so mad after loosing! 1st thing- why should they give you something for free? Lost, didn't get the bonus so what, but now threatening just a man on live chat about bad talking on forums

        I can agree with the comments above. There are only few casinos that give me free stuff, for example, Casumo almost never gives me anything except for 5 free spins once a month when a new game arrives. But that is not a reason to warn others. I was expecting some kind of rudeness from support, when I read the name of this thread, but the support was really polite to you and it's not his fault he couldn't give you any credits. Just don't play there, but threating someone definitely won't give you any credits there. I can understand you're upset, but if they can't credit something, they can't.

        I do not like that casino and  i hate when i receive email that i receive free spins but i need dep,that is stupid and for example in winner casino  get 5 free almost every 2-3 weeks,and few time i withdraw after that 5 no deposit so i will deposit always before to casino where i get free spins,and in casino 21dukes get afterdep few time 25 euro ok in that casino is a litle big wager but i have fun
