How come that just a few cents leftover translate into 2804 to wager? What WR is that?!

It is quite unusual to see such WR carry over being applied to new bonuses.

Taadaa have you maybe claimed multiple freebies in a row without making a deposit?

yes, I used one free chip after another and I usually had a few cents left in my account.  I thought it was just like RTG, the wagering requirement would be off if the account has less than $1.  At Slotland, I think I had 9 cents or 19 cents left prior to redeem that $17 free chip.

Gee, those can really add up!  They really should make that WR obvious, though, to be fair...

I've spoken to the rep (Robert) and this is what he said:

"Yes, he left 15 cents in his cash balance. The wagering requirements he has in his account has been accumulating there since september 2011 when he received his first no deposit bonus. Moreover, because he hasn't deposited in the recent past, his bonus would be subject to $25 max cashout limitation."

Not a lot you can do about this I'm afraid.

Had you deposited in between the free chips, the wagering requirement on the previous free chips would have been nullified.

I highly recommend spending every cent when claiming multiple free chips as the zero balance negates the playthrough on that current free chip and will not carry over to the next free chip.  Alternatively, make a deposit in between so there are no limitations on the cashout.

I think it does not matter if you let the free chip to zero out, I had done that couple times in the past. 
I guess I just play through it till it comes down to zero this time.

I'm saying exactly that, yes but only because of the funds left on the account / no deposit in between..

Because funds were left from Taadaaa's previous chip and no deposit was made in between, the playthrough carried to the next free chip.  Hence my recommendation to zero out (or make a deposit) before taking another free chip.

No you don't need to take a bonus when you first deposit.

Sorry to hear about your frustration, TAAADAAA, and thanks for explaining this further, blue. Let me clarify and perhaps add in more hope for the future.

Naturally we realize that the current scheme of stacking any WR left over from previously claimed no deposit bonuses is not ideal but hey! There is always a chance to wipe them clean by making a real money deposit.

While admittedly this may not be a perfect solution for players solely going after no deposit bonuses, we still consider the above mentioned solution as fair. Having said that, the good news is that we are already working on a solution to avoid stacking any past WR in the future.

Let me also add that on numerous occasions we were able to simply remove any WR left, but this exceptional move was again made just in case of players whose most recent deposit wouldn't date back two years.

Last but not least, with the planned transition towards the site wide adoption of bonus codes, players will get more control on what bonus to accept and which one to have a pass on, including the welcome bonuses.
