I've read all the positives from you about Slotmadness. Made my 1st deposit yesterday ($38). Had decent playtime, but dropped to zero. I contacted support to chat...told them I am usually only a loyal depositor to 5 casinos , and wanted to see how Slotmadness stood up to player perks, bonus's,etc. He only offered me deposit bonus's and said "We give our high depositors free chips". Yes blue, it should be standard- all rules apply to all players. But at the same time, I always try to give a company a second chance to change my opinion of them, whether it's an online casino, a phone company, a restaurant, etc. Everybody deserves a second chance. If you are going to deposit here be aware that they only have two withdraw options- UseMyWallet and wire transfer. Also the minimum withdraw amounts are 100 for UMW and 125 for WT.

I tell you what..they really do have EXCELLENT customer service.  I just had somewhat of an issue (first time withdrawal) and customer service was quick and pleasant.  This casino is only the second casino on my personal list of "the money comes out as easily as it goes in".  Not only did Miles (our SM Rep) read a post where I mentioned I had to keep reversing my withdrawal, but he then got involved and helped get the issue resolved the very next day!  All customer service is great there and Dave and Reuben thank you for putting up with me.
