  • Every other time I get an ACH or wire transfer, the processor sends me a payment advice, confirmation notice or something. 

    I still have no funds, no messages and zero emails today......

    Just another empty broken promise.

  • People, I would NOT recommend you deposit at Slotocash...because they are not paying their players. I am with patrick, going to file complaints on any casino watchlists I can find although I'm sure it won't do any good retrieving funds.  Today is the 5th business day of the 2nd request to receive a $1500 withdrawal I initiaited on 10/9.  I've never had to wait this long for funds...and their support dept is very sly in giving us the hopeful news that our withdrawals will be processed...but they have "problems with their processors".  I am not getting my emails replied to any longer (I have been extremely courteous and polite in my queries to them) and basically have reached the end of my patience meter at the 10 business day timeframe.  I supported them initially, advising a few people here to be patient while they work out the kinks but I believe I was just being strung along now, just like everyone else. Such a pity...I was looking forward to ongoing play there. 

    Soooo...just sayin'.....BEWARE of this casino, for now.

  • OK it sounds like I'am not the only one having issues getting my money. Is SLOTO CASH affilitated with RUSHMORE? I have been waiting since the 21 st of SEPT. I just received an E-Mail saying it was returned. But the day before I got that I was talking on chat with them and they said it was not even sent yet should be some time that week. Makes me think some thing is going on with our whole playing system! Any suggestions?

  • Not the news I was looking for...... Still no wire transfer from Slotocash/Deckmedia.

    And, to complicate things.
    They have now overbilled my credit card, and POSTED 4 deposits I did not have credited to my Slotocash account. After assuring me they were= pre-authorized transactions and not real deposits.[/b][/b] What a joke, now they are stealing from me. And when I called my bank, they informed me I must get a police report to have them reversed.... What a nightmare this casino is......

    You advised that these pre-authorized deposits would NOT post.
    They have actually posted as withdrawls from my bank.
    I NEVER RECEIVED THESE DEPOSITS ON MY SLOTOCASH ACCOUNT.
    All 4 were declined, review my deposit history.......
    Yet your processor has posted these as actual withdrawls from my bank account.

    You owe my slotocash account these deposits, and the bonus rate offered as my 4th deposit....  What do you plan to do??

  •           This is absurd,  to keep "blaming a processor"  I'm sorry but that old refrain is getting pretty @#$%^&*  tired.    My God,  it would be simpler just to mail cash.  Patrickcrain,  thank you for the warning about them.

  • I wanted to report some GOOD news about Slotocash for a change.  After 3.5 weeks of frustration and what I thought to be stall tactics by this casino, the $1500 finally hit my account just moments ago.  Ms Amy, who I've had some "intimate" email correspondence with the past couple weeks, enlightened me on things going on behind the scenes and as of this morning, the owner of the casino had gotten involved with this huge processor fiasco and that all players were going to get paid within the next 1-2 days.

    It was as frustrating for them as it was for us and I apologized for being so cranky and untrusting but when you have that much money on the line, hard just to sit by all happy-go-lucky when you may not get your winnings!  In any event, I think I will continue to deposit here, at least, will give them another chance should I win anything worthy of a withdrawal and I hope those of you who had some similar experiences with them will also give them a chance, especially once funds hit your accounts too.

    Gosh patrick, I'm so sorry to hear this!!  I sure don't understand this mixup you are having.  Unfortunatley when we alert our credit card companies to unauthorized charges by someone when it comes to online gambling...they may shut YOU down from any future charges if they see charges you did authorize that relate to gambling so do be cautious there if you attempt to go for some charge-backs.  I really hope this gets straightened out for you SOON and you get the winnings that are due to you.

    A new story, after they wired me the 1500.00 four weeks after winning.
    They still have not made right the processor's 4 $40.00 withdrawls.
    Someone owes me $160.00 is all I know

    Today is my birthday
    They sent me a 150% bonus code, and a free chip for five dollars.
    I ponied up another 40.00, and lost the 100.00 in quick fashion.
    So, I used the 5.00 free chip
    Within 20 minutes I hit a "Random Major Jackpot" of $1,300.00
    About ten minutes later, I hit the required playthrough.
    They took back 1300.00 and adjusted my credits to 100.00.

    Strange, while playing hundreds of hours on my real money, I have not hit any "Random Jackpots". 
    Then all of the sudden, now I hit one, and can't keep it????
    Just more bad luck, at SLOTOCASH CASINO I guess?????
    Not several incidents isolated and all legitimately explainable.

    RTG should be doing a better job of protecting their name, if it is a good name still.
