  • Hi everybody! I have a problem and i wanted to talk about it here...

    Im user at Slots Inferno . I have been playing my first no deposit bonus ( ive never played other one before there)  . Where it says the INCLUDED games for meeting the walkthrough of 10.000 , from 100 u have to do 10.000 in BETS waggering of course to cashout only x1, 100 usd.

    The included games shows Slots, and Roulette French Single Player and Multiplayer too, counting 1.00 for the waggering requirements both. Here you can see first the screenshot i sent to them by email to support showing my balance and the casino bonus terms, showing  that Roulette French Single Player is included and valid for playing and meeting the waggering requirements of this especific bonus. The game ive played.

    Here is the first screenshot i sent them showing the bonus conditions at cashier:



    The chat representative Nathan, treated me really bad, he didnt even want to give me my wag left, since i played for 3 hours and the only way to know the wag left is via live chat or email. So i went to chat and he said roulette wasnt on the terms of my bonus. You can see clearly that the bonus terms INCLUDES roulette single player french and multiplayer for meeting the walkthrough of 10.000. I also made 1002 comp points playing by that point.

    So asked like 10 times for my waggering left, or if i meeted the walkthrough already BUT the chat mister didnt want me to tell me this. And at all casinos i play the chat representatives always treat you well and tells you the walkthrough left. Is the only way to know.

    I sent them my ID and utility bill too for verification purposes. So they have it all. The sad part is they only have cashouts with click2pay 50 min and bank wire 200 min. So i have to do it via click2pay , where you have to use a credit card to register which i dont have i dont like credit cards. So it seems i wont be able to cashout anything regardless what they will reply to me.

    Later i keep playing, and what happened? from 1900 or so, i went to 10.417 bonus balance and 5002 Comp Points! But at cashier the waggering stills at 0, and seems theres no limit for this bonus, you always keep playing any game and the wagering doest goes down! I get comp points, that im suppose 5002 by now is like 50.02 dollars, but whatever, they wont allow me to redeem them or cashout them anyways im sure of this.

    And now here is the shot for the 10.417 bonus and 5002 comps till now:



    There u can see my bonus is MORE than the required walkthrough, which is a LOT, of course i betted more than 10.000, my bets were from 50 first per bet for the first 3 hours and 250 per bet for the last 1:30 hours. So do the math.

    I post this because you get a bonus, where it says valid games to play and what those games counts for wagering , in this case 1.00 , and you get the surprise the wagering never goes down. Or they dont allow you to get it down. You only get comp points that of course will be void by them because they will say you breached the terms and conditions, like the chat guy said to me, Senseless!!!!!

    So be aware about slots inferno, they dont pay their bonuses and they dont even know what kind of bonuses they offer. And the worse, they lie to you, and only have 2 methods of cashout.

  • Kad, I am sorry you are going thru this and that the chat rep treated you badly, but I did want to tell you that on LCB they have a warning system in place that tells you about such casinos before you play at them. Slots Inferno has the following warning:

  • Yea im chatting now with another guy, that he says i meeted the waggering, but the cashier says 0 withdrawable, so i cant withdrawl! the soft doesnt allows me to do it. I also saw Slots inferno has 2 sites, one .COM and one .EU , the .EU has neteller for withdrawl, so im now asking if i can download the .EU soft for withdrawl via neteller....anyways... this is a really headache.

  • this is funny, i downloaded the EU soft, and also tried the EU flash version, they claim at terms they have neteller for withdrawl and deposit, and they dont! they only have click2pay, which i cant use cause i dont have a credit card for creating an account with click2pay... this is really bad, the site claims neteller and the chat guy closed the chat again! he said the only option is click2pay and that i need to register a credit card! this is the worst case scenario. I guess my winnings will be there forever... i will not be able to cashout, please keep this in mind and never, never play at Slots Inferno Casino.

  • That is certainly a bit of a train wreck Kadzait and thanks for taking the time to write it all out.  Sadly, it goes to show that the warning pointed out by Katt (thank you Katt) is totally correct.

    Not a big surprise that they blocked your account. That is a very rogue trick from a very rogue casino. Probably have to chalk this one up to experience and choose more carefully next time. I have been there myself in my early days of online gaming. Hard lessons that are good to learn early on.

  • Yes , i know, i didnt see the warning, also i sent them 2 screenshots showing that roulette was included for wagering counting 1.00 , and they always told me that i breached the bonus rules by playing roulette, and that my winnings are all void and also my comp points. They also told me that are not affiliated with neteller anymore ( surprise ? ) , they only have click2bank for withdrawl, which is also a negative point for this casino, not even skrill or checks. I tried to chat again , i couldnt, they close the chat when they see who i am.   • Not sure exactly which ones are in the same group with Slots Inferno, but I always pay attention to the warnings here on LCB.

    Any time you are considering a new casino, just go to the Google Custom Search box at the top of the left column of the LCB page and type in the name of the casino you are thinking about and it will give you a link to the review (if there is a review) and/or other links to threads regarding that casino. In the review pages the warnings are right at the top of the page.

    Also when reading in the threads the warning signs are shown at the left column at each post.
