        i won $700 at slots jungle, put in my paperwork, they approved my account, I made my initial deposit so i could withdrawl my funds.  I put in the request on July 29th.  I have sent several emails and got no response.  I called, not only were they completely unprofessional, but I only got the response of, well it can take a little longer to process withdrawls.  so I would say avoid slots jungle!

        BGIROT,  read all the posts pertaining to Slots Jungle and you will understand more aobut their shady business practices.  you can expect alot of bullshit excuses sprinkled with a few lies here and there.  excuses, excuses, excuses blah blah blah....good luck

        I just had a $1,300 payout from Slots Jungle. I have already received $1,000, and the last $300 was approved a few days ago. I had a previous payout of $1,000 with them a couple of months ago. They always pay me in increments of $500. It takes them 4 business days to approve the payout and then another 5 business days or so to receive the money.

        I have never had any problems with SJ on getting paid. They have always paid me. Live chat has always responded to me, and my emails have always been answered, sometimes not as quickly as I would have liked, though. A few months ago they even sent me a Godiva gift basket! And I am by no means a "high roller", but that is where I spend about 75% of my online gambling money.

        Thats encouraging and good to know. I will see how this case turns out and will consider a deposit again. I thought i read they were better about cashouts but still reserved to deposit.

        Thank you. I have also had a few smaller payouts with them. Today I received an email from them saying they put $45 in my account for being a loyal player. This is the second time they have done that for me. The first time, they gave me $50.

        I hate to read that other players have problems with SJ. I have just never experienced anything bad with them. I just got $1,300 from them, and today they give me $45 free, without me even asking! It just doesn't make sense for them to treat me very well but treat others badly. Like I said, I am definitely not a high roller. I just play there alot and the majority of my deposits aren't even big-$25 or so at a time.

        You would think that it wouldnt make sense for them to have ever lied, or treated anyone badly as customer service is a number one priority for any business model.....but......they email me weekly to try to get me to come back, offering me a free $100 chip and 100 percent cashback on my next four deposits........hell would be an ice skating rink before i would ever go back...for every satisfied customer post you can find five testimonials of a disatisfied customer......seems odd doesnt it??

        Regarding your recent withdrawal request, due to a management decision we have temporarily placed this on hold, as our security department are reviewing all accounts. We will keep you updated with any changes via email.
